I recently accepted Miguel’s quote to do repair work on work he completed a couple years ago on my pool deck. After several days of no shows he called and requested money to purchase material. I gave him a deposit for material. More no shows and not answering phone messages or texts. Then finally a phone call from Miguel that materials were no longer available. He indicated he would need to custom match colors which was acceptable. It has been several weeks since Miguel took and cashed my deposit check. Still calls, messages and texts have not been answered. The photo below shows the pool coating that came loose. When doing the original work, he said the area along a minor stress crack in the concrete would not come loose.

I hired Finest Floors of Texas late December 2022 to resurface and stain a concrete pad in front of my house. I was assured by Finest Floors of Texas that they resurface and stain the concrete to match the color and pattern of my pool deck (picture of pool deck provided below) When the project was started on January 2, 2023, I was initially told it would take less than a week to finish it. Well over a month later, the work has yet to be completed and now Finest Floors of Texas will not return my calls or texts inquiring when will they complete the job. Now the concrete pad is left looking like this (picture provided) and garbage, supplies, etc. are remaining on site from the workers.

love supporting a small business, and excited to be a part of a growing America. With all the options in indutrial flooring, Finest Floors of Texas has helped me choose whats best for me. I will be contracting them soon for a flagstone overlay and stain for my back patio. Just tring to decide how big i want it…lol #firstworldproblems

I want to thank Miguel and his team for the amazing job they did! He listened to what i needed done and guided me with his experience to create an amazing floor. I had receieved a couple quotes prior to seeing him. And what sold me was his customer service, and above all knowledge. Many had given me estimates… but Miguel provided me peace of mind with the estimate. Explained pricing and answered any questions i had. I highly reccomend them

My front was old and they were able to repair the minor damage and put another layer of concrete on top then painted it a grayish color
