We bought a house in 2019 through Lennar and this vendor did the install! They have replaced my floor twice since we moved in and the first time was within the first year! Within 6 months of replacing our floors we noticed the floors were buckling in the same area! We contacted our builder Lennar and the sent the flooring manager out again which at the time was Jose! Jose (flooring manager) and Lennar area manager Jeff, Mark or Jose I cannot remember because they have all been out several times came to inspect the floors again. They had a specialist come out to inspect for moisture and to see if there was enough space from the wall! Keep in mine we have rolling chairs in the kitchen and we were told by both Lennar and the Flooring company that it was not the chairs and it seemed to be a mystery because the floors started buckling In the same area! The flooring company and Lennar coordinated to have our furniture moved out and plumbers come remove toilets so floors could be replaced in the whole house again! Oh, I forgot to add in the beginning we were told that our floors were installed without the plastic underneath so that was probably the issue. Fast forward floors were replaced for the second time! Within 6-8 months from the second time having floors replaced we noticed the floors buckling in the same area! We contacted our builder Lennar and they told me I needed to contact the flooring company which I did! At the time Jose was the flooring area manager I believe and after reaching out to him several times with no response I contacted the flooring company and it took them a while to call me back! Long story short, out the blue they sent their installers out for the 3rd time and the came in removed the trim from the walls and began to lift the tile. I contacted the flooring company to let the know that the installers was here to replace the tile but no one had reached out to coordinate removing the furniture! After several calls and getting the runaround for several months I get an email from Jennifer with Lennar saying there were not going to cover replacing the floor because of my rolling chairs! I was upset with the letter I received from Lennar, and the fact that I contacted the flooring company multiple times and no one returned my calls. Also upsetting that I was told multiple times from Lennar and the flooring manger that the rolling chairs was not the issue, they sent installers out which started pulling my floors up, removed the trimming off the wall and left stacks of tile in my living room! Warning do your research on this company, they do not stand by their work! After reading reviews from other customers I feel a little relieved that it was not my fault the flooring is not good quality! Still sucks though that now we have to pay someone to replace our floors and we are already on a tight budget!

Two things: 1) They have obviously asked their employees to submit 5 star reviews…which isn’t kosher. 2) We bought a house where this vendor did the install and they did the most boneheaded things. Worst offender is putting not one, but two seams in the sheet vinyl right in the highest traffic area of the kitchen. It was just a matter of time before it would come up.

BEWARE. I bought a home from a builder that uses flooring services and they had to come back out and completely re-do the entire flooring after we had tenants moved in. They hired movers that were very negligent and broke multiple pieces of furniture when moving the tenants furniture in and out. It has been months now flooring services is refusing to acknowledge the damage caused by the moving company even though it was immediately brought to their attention. Spoke with the supervisor Mark and he is very rude and condescending. Made a comment about how my tenant should learn English. Has ignored us for months while we’ve been trying to amicably work this out. Unfortunately they’re not interested in an amicable solution, so we will have to take it to court. Save yourself the headache, NEVER use this company for anything.

Been trying to get a price quote on some flooring for over a month now and haven’t heard back. I have called over three times and also messaged on their main website but nothing. Horrible customer service when they don’t even respond to you with a price quote.

They have had to install the floors in my house 3 times due to them popping up. Once again it’s doing the same thing and now they want to deny the claim and blame it on my disabled father’s wheelchair.. Most interesting part of that is that the floors are popping up in areas of the house that he doesn’t even go in.

Horrible place to delivery.. avoid this place, managers are so lazy. 4 hours to unload 12 small pallets..

This company does not even deserve one star. I have been communicating (both over email and over the phone) with this company for 4 months about the work that needs to be done in my house. The sales person has promised that the materials will be on time, to have floors done prior to me moving into my home. I rearranged my moving date and inconvenienced my family to accommodate for a date that they said they would be able to do the work in my house. I called the sales person ( who did not answer and mailbox was full so you could not leave a message) and then called customer service. The material had not even been ordered even though I had been emailing them about this for 4 months and sent them credit card information. Now a week prior to them coming in to install (which is the date the sales person told me to call them) no one can help and there are no materials. They don’t even have an estimated time and this is after I called around to see if anyone could give me some answers. This is completely unprofessional, no communication, no follow through, and no service. The lady over the phone didn’t care it seemed like this is a normal way of this company operating. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL!
