Jason and team (shoutout to Timo) were awesome to work with and did a great job with our luxury vinylplank flooring, from selection to installation to how to care for it. They even replaced two damaged baseboards that they discoved during installation at no added cost. I really appreciate their thoroughness and attention to detail.

JD and his team were awesome! They got our floor done quickly and expertly. JD went above and beyond by figuring out how to make our stair nosings flush with the step even though the luxury vinyl tile flooring was not manufactured that way. Highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

My wife and I used Walton and Ward for our flooring install in the entire house on Aug 7th, 2023. Took him a week to knock it all out which was exactly what he planned for and told me it would take to finish. Right on time!! The entire crew was nothing but professional, polite, trustworthy and such a pleasure to have in my home. It was so awesome to watch someone who cares about the job they are doing a craftsman, do what they do. He answered all my questions and took the time to fully explain what he needed to do. He leveled my floor, installed all the base boards, took the time to install it under the fireplace and not next to it. Floors look amazing!! Fair pricing and excellent work, can’t ask for anything more!

We used Walton and Ward flooring to do our wood floors throughout our house and could not have been happier! They were referred to us through a contractor who worked with them on another job so we got in contact with them and were very impressed by their prompt and professional responses, product knowledge, and ability to work with our short and fluctuating construction schedule. We communicated primarily with JD, who did a site visit to see the house and get an idea of the floors we were looking for. Our goal was to match the reclaimed Alaskan barn wood we had on our ceilings, but in a floor that would be hearty and stand the test of time. He took a sample of the ceiling wood and sent us a perfect fit for the floors in an engineered wood. We agreed with the selection and put them on the schedule. After having to change the schedule a few times, we ended up in a crunch period of only having a few days available to get the floors done. JD and his team swooped in and got the whole job done within our timeframe without compromising quality and even helped us mitigate problems caused by other subcontractors in the meantime. We used the same engineered wood floor throughout the house, and they laid it all in the same direction so there is a consistent, beautiful flow in the flooring no matter where you are in the house. They also installed a nice frame for our glass floor using the same wood. We highly recommend using Walton and Ward for any of your flooring needs, and we will be doing the same.

I can’t say enough about the job they did for us. What started out as a kitchen remodel turned into a complete house makeover. JD was there from start to finish helping us make all the difficult decisions. Not only did he help us pick out the flooring but went a step further with tile around our fireplace and other items we had replaced. The flooring turned out amazing to say the least! Our house doesn’t even look the same. We absolutely love it!

Working with JD was an absolute pleasure. He took the time to provide multiple samples to make sure I was getting what I wanted. His bid included everything so there were no surprises at the end. He is very knowledgeable, always showed up when he said he would, was very respectful and did an incredible job on my new wood floors. I would highly recommend Walton & Ward and will definitely use them for any future projects!
