This company needs to be reported to the BBB. Your work is mediocre for the astronomical prices you charge. What company do you know starts out at one price and charge interest on incomplete/bad work? If I could give a zero star I would! People work too hard for their money for companies to take advantage of hard working families. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I have seen the work of this business. I believe in treating people fairly but this business has turned a $5000 bill into an $18,000 bill. The work I saw was barely worth the 5000 and was not completed. How can you call yourself a fair business for the community and do this to a young family. I hope and pray that this business does not do this to anyone else. The work was poor quality I did not personally use them myself but was going to.. I am so glad I was able to see what this company is really about.

I have to say the first time dealing with trademark was great, did a wonderful job with the kitchen floor So we Decided to bring them back to finish the whole house and got an estimate for 30k and paid 24k up front. Quality of work was poor / not to my liking so wanted the man to fix his work but basically refused and wanted the rest of his payment to keep moving along. Why move forward when getting poor results and I can’t even get you to fix what’s not right!! New shower has gaps in the grout basically falling apart. days and months arguing with this guy just trying to get 24k worth of my money but no luck so I fired trademark and they put a lean on my house for remainder balance plus interest for poor quality unfinished work as you see in pictures. These guys are the most patient and helpful people we have talked to when it comes to getting our flooring installed. We had already purchased the flooring we wanted they gave us a fair installation price. I have had 2000 questions and they have taken the time to answer every single one of them with full detail and in a way that I understood what they were saying. They have been so friendly and in great communications I would absolutely recommend them! I will be recommending them to anybody I know that is looking for install on their flooring. The quality of work is great but so are their prices! They have taken the time to make sure my floors are level and that they’ve cleaned up after them selves.

From start to finish, working with Rudy, from Trademark Flooring, was the best experience we’ve ever had with a contractor doing work in our home. If Rudy says he or his team will be at your house at a specific time, he will be there. Rudy responds promptly to text, email and phone and kept us up to date on when folks would show up to our house and what the schedule was for each day. He showed up to our home almost daily to check on the work and chat with us about any concerns we had. Any issues we brought to his attention, were quickly rectified to our liking. Rudy has fair prices, a great, honest team, and the entire experience was exceptional! We will use Rudy and Trademark Flooring again in the future.

Great experience. They were here every day on time. The workers were great, asked for our opinion when needed, and very professional. They installed our entire downstairs and our floors look great. Thank you so much!

In response to Rudy’s response to Russ Humphries on a previous review. That is not correct. We had another plumber come in and install the shower liner. I am a city inspector and inspected his liner which was good. It was after that that you approached me separately stating that you could redo our shower bench with a different concrete bench that and I quote “we would never have an issue with” and that you would have your guy come in and install in and he knew exactly what he was doing. We agreed, paid you an additional $500 to have this new bench installed and by doing so your guys did not redo the liner to bring the liner over the new bench 6” to prevent water from getting behind the liner and leaking out which is exactly what happened. We called our “other plumber” out and he scooped it and found where the issue lied. We tried to meet with you regarding this under a meeting you requested with our attorneys we had to hire to resolve this, and you just decide to not show up nor answer any of our calls or texts for now more than 6 months. It’s not until this was brought to the public eye that you finally respond. You never said anything about a tile purchase we needed to pickup and you have never responded to any messages or attempts to reach out to you. We have calls/texts and can provide screen shots of both to prove this. This could hardly be described as “amicably” attempting a resolution.

Terrible Contractor. Homeowners Beware. I paid Rudy thousands of dollars to do all the floors in my house and a complete walk in shower. When the shower leaked from the pan he blamed the plumber. When we tried to set up a meeting with rudy and the plumber to work it out, at rudys request, he was a no show. He also took 500 dollars as a deposit to tile the celling over the shower and never did the work. Stay away from this guy, there are too many good providers out there that will honor their work. I had to hire a lawyer and now have to get the repairs done by another contractor before I can take rudy and trademark flooring to court. I went with a local guy and a store front to avoid some of the problems you hear about like this. The best I can do for now is try and warn other would be victims.

I had Trademark Flooring install a porcelain wood-look floor in my kitchen. Rudy Nunez, the owner, came out to my house and gave me a fair estimate. They first had to remove the old stone floor then prep for the new floor, huge job right here. They laid the new flooring in a very professional manner. It is straight and was leveled each step of the way. I could almost say it is perfect. The workers were all gentlemen, very polite. I was able to communicate with the office every step of the way. The job was completed on time. I would use this company again and I highly recommend them. I love my new kitchen floor!!! Thank you Trademark Flooring.
