I have been meaning to write this review for ages. Allocco flooring did an A-MAZING job for us. We purchased a beautiful home three years ago. At the time, we knew that the floors were in pretty bad shape and needed repairs and resurfacing, but they weren’t a significant selling factor to the house. It was just a move-in chore that had to be done. The Allocco team stripped the old, dark stain and the innumerable scratches off the floor and then let us sample several stain options. We ended up with a very light color, which was very different from the old color and different than what we would have thought going into the project. Once the work was done, it transformed the house. We LOVE our floors now. We talk about it not infrequently (who does that?). Three years later, we haven’t put down rugs in some places (where we really should) because it feels like a waste to cover that beautiful floor. After three years of walking around on it and staring at it, I still haven’t found even the smallest imperfection in their work. ALSO! Just weeks after this masterful work was done, the dishwasher leaked and damaged the hardwood in the kitchen. We were mortified to call Jimmy and report the bad news. He came out with some contraption that completely remediated the damage. It was shocking. I cannot show you, now, where the damage occurred. It’s just gone. All of the attached photos are from over the years when I have thought, “Dang, I need to write a review for these guys.” My apologies to the Allocco team for taking so long on my end. I have certainly enthusiastically recommended you to friends. Deeply appreciate your excellent work.

This company came to my house to give me an estimate for hardwood floors. The man said he needed to get another tool and would be back the next day. He never showed up & the office did not return my calls. Would hate to think what would have happened if I actually hired them.

I had someone else install my floors and they did an OK job so I had them refinish the kitchen about 6 years ago. They needed it again and my neighbor had hers redone by these guys. I was very impressed with the quality so I called them. These guys were absolutely great! The crew they sent was very professional. The price was very fair and the quality was impeccable. I highly recommend them and will never use anyone else. Kudos to the team at Allocco Hardwood Flooring!
