Nick did a fantastic job installing the vinyl plank flooring! The only hiccup in the project was that we stored the flooring in the garage in Feb, and the morning of the project, the owner stopped by to make sure everything was ready, and said that we had to move the flooring inside as it needed to be room temp to avoid contracting or expanding with temp changes. I felt like we could’ve been told in advance, and it delayed the project for 1 day, which we had our house torn apart for 2 days instead of 1. They were scheduled out a little over a week, if I remember correctly. But Nick did a professional job for about half the price as we were quoted by Thornton’s!! Definitely satisfied!
