Why on earth does homebuilders use these people? The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Our flooring is not level and boards breaking everywhere. They sent a “Boss man” to come inspect. He spent over an hour looking at everything but didnt tell us what was wrong just said, “We’ll be in touch.” I then get a knock on my door 2 weeks later with a guy there to “replace the flooring” but he couldn’t tell me which boards needed replaced and was only instructed to bring one box when in his words, “the entire floor needs replaced.” I’ve repeatedly asked for the inspectors report and they will not give it to us. This is a brand new construction but clearly they went the cheap route with using this company. I’ve tried calling Builders Wholesale directly but you can’t get through to anyone. 0 stars…

If I could give zero as a rating I would. Contracted by my home builder. Initial flooring install was done incorrectly. During work for correction a worker was found snooping in a room he had no need to be in and was caught on camera.

This company installed the flooring in my new construction home. There’s a warranty issues related to the quality of the flooring, where the installer needs to handle the warranty. NOBODY here will answer the phone. NOBODY. And no voicemails are answered. This is absurd.

I really think the issue with this company is the management. My home is under warranty and for almost 2 months, I was trying to get someone out here to fix a carpet and wood issue. Whenever someone came and fixed the wood floor, the caulking that they did was less than ideal (luckily I can cover it with a piece of furniture). And then someone finally came and did the carpet. They were scheduled to come from 8 to 12 and did not show up until 1:20 PM after it was already rescheduled for tomorrow. Obviously there is a lack of appropriate communication and expectations.

Had them come out for some warranty repairs on my master bathroom shower in a new build. They showed up on timeish but they tried to first cover up the horrendously chipped tiles with more grout, when I wouldn’t let them do that they said they would have to come back after they ordered the tile to replace, they came back and did the grout bandaid any way and when I argued them that they were supposed to replace the tile, the worker said he’d have to call his boss to find out. I told him to do so and come back in to let me know what’s going on and he just up and left. They came back a 3rd time to replace the tile and they didn’t have the right tools for the job. They needed a wet saw and instead was using a hand grinder with a dull blade. The installer said he’d have to come back for a 4th time with the right tools, he shows up with an old school tile saw and his grinder again, and guess what… the tile is still chipping and now he said he’s gonna have to come back again on Monday with a wet saw. I’ve emailed his boss Matthew and told him his employee needed a wet saw to do this and they still Sent him out without the right tools. 5 times they will be coming out to my place for a job that would take me 3 hours to complete. They are only replacing 3 tiles.

If it were possible to do zero stars, I would. Company was supposed to fix crooked tile in the master bathroom at the end of March. They finally came to tear out the old tile at the end of August and then haven’t responded about scheduling install at all since. This was several weeks ago. Erin Bennet, our customer service rep, doesn’t return voicemails or emails and I even called corporate to get the manager Steve’s voicemail but he hasn’t returned calls and voicemails either. A 2-3 day job is going on 3 weeks now with no word from anyone at this company. Meanwhile, we cannot use our master bathroom at all. Steer far away from this company if you can.

Get here the NIGHT before, it’s hard to maneuver 53ft first thing in the morning with 10 people waiting to be loaded. They don’t take deliveries before 10am usually. They tried to unload me early but the volume of buyers is tremendous.

Denise has been giving me the runaround for months. In November 2021 we were preparing to have repairs done. We were scheduling for them to come by on a certain day, then she ghosted me completely. Now she’s failed to respond for months now. Unprofessional company and their work is not good. Don’t use them!

Wow. I don’t even know what to say about a company. I’ve never seen or heard of employees calling out as much as the ones they have there! There was only 2 guys in the warehouse working. Someone calls out daily and it’s not much of them. And to be honest.. some looks like they may be on something .. I just don’t see it as a professional business AT ALL.

This company is an absolute joke. They have failed to show on numerous occasions and the reason they’re supposed to be here is to repair their own shoddy installation.
