Horrible experience, didn’t complete the whole job. Paid for vinyl plank flooring in a master bedroom with a bathroom. Installer refused to complete the bathroom, said it was leaking water from the supply line from the brand new toilet Lowe’s installed three weeks ago. How do you get a refund for a job you paid for in full that wasn’t completed?

Don’t bother if you have a mobile home. They will not show up to even measure your home for flooring. People who live in mobile homes are so beneath them that we don’t even deserve a call to let us know. They won’t cancel your appointment just not show and not answer your calls. If I could give negative stars I would.

Will not use again. Poor, shoddy work. They were 5 hours late, then rushed the work. Mistakes were blatant and filled with caulk or putty in an attempt to “fix” or “hide” large seams and mismeasured cuts. The pictures tell you all you need to know about this company.

They do one thing good !! They Don’t Show Up !! My home was put in total disarray for over a week thanks to them not showing up to install carpet in my 2 bedrooms that I had cleared out for them to do the work and when I called them they never answered or returned my calls. They should have their business license revoked by the State because they shouldn’t be allowed to do business this way. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemies.

This company has been telling Lowe’s for weeks that they’ve been trying to contact me and that it has been unsuccessful. I constantly use my phone for work and have had 3 missed calls in the last month, all of which I know who was calling. I ordered floor and an install from Lowe’s on 10/10/2023 and have still yet to receive a call from Keller Interiors. I ordered a toilet and install on the same day and it was completed weeks ago with no communication issues. On 10/27/2023 Lowe’s contacts me about this and tells me the installers, Keller, can’t reach my phone. I provide them my number, which they already have, and was told they would reach out within 48 hours. Lowe’s forwarded them my email correspondence to them, that included my telephone number and obviously, my email. Keller Interiors has not contacted me still, but Lowe’s followed up. This company operates per their rating, and I’m extremely surprised Lowe’s would allow this company to deal with their customers. Lowe’s gives work to a company with 2 stars and horrible reviews almost every month, Google and BBB included. Crazy world we live in.

The cliff note version is that I ordered carpet from Lowe’s in May of 2023 and scheduled to have it installed in August of 2023. I am now waiting (3:05 Sept 22, 2023) for someone to show up to complete the job – which was confirmed to be done today between 12:00-2:00. And of course no one is answering the phone at Keller Interiors on a Friday afternoon. There is much, much more I could write – furniture broken by crew that they never mentioned, crew refusing to move bed to install carpet (my husband and I had to move it) and more and more and more. When this is done, my mission is going to be to try to persuade Lowe’s to find a different company for it’s installations.

Lowe’s subcontracted with Keller for floor installation. The person came out to measure the floor. I have a 13 sided home. No mention about anything while he was here. Lowe’s called with quote to install and I paid the fee. I was told in a week Keller would call to schedule the install. I never received a call. I called Lowe’s and the person said they had written that because of the support beam the job was “out of scope”.. I called Keller to ask about it and the woman could not tell me why the flooring couldn’t be installed around the beam. There is flooring there, of course! Just so unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

I purchased carpet thru Lowe’s, and Keller did the installation. The carpet is brand new and has never been walked on as the house is still vacant. I noticed two very small areas where there was carpet missing and informed a very nice representative at Lowe’s about this. He was positive this could be corrwcted. After he reached out to Keller he called me and said “unfortunately the Manager at Keller informed they would not come out just to do a small repair”. This did not make any sense, especially since we just want this two very small areas less than 2 inches on each side corrected. I HIGHLY suggest to not use their services and unfortunately for Lowe’s this is the only company they go thru for carpet installation.
