Had to push the move into our new house because of him. The work was fine in my opinion but his communication was awful. He initially told us he could have the floor refinished within less than a week. That turned into 2 weeks and we had to reschedule the move altogether. He would say one thing and then forget or be like “I said that?” Yeah our experience was horrible he was not reliable for the things he said. If you’re going to use this guy you need to get what he says in writing or he won’t be accountable.

Our master room needed new flooring in one section since it was plywood. Tony took care of that, sanded and stained the rest of the room and it came out great. We also had a section that needed to be touched up twice and he was super responsive and took care of it no problem

Tony did our floors back in June and made them look brand new – we bought an older ripped up the carpet and he got two rooms and a hallway done within 3 days. We’re already planning to have him complete the main room this fall once we rip up the carpet and order wood for the section that was a recent add on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If I could give a negative 5 I would. They said their equipment left little dust but that was a lie. It’s been almost a month and I’m still clearing the dust. They tried to cheat and not sand to the walls by the radiators claiming no one will notice and tried to get away with not filling in the holes. There was carpet before I moved in. When I confronted him he was not happy. I went with a matte finish and noticed they used satin in some areas so now I have matte and shiny floors. They filled in the holes after sealing so the color doesn’t match. Then out of spite they stained my kitchen cabinets with seal from bottom to the top of the crown molding. They broke off the grill on my new microwave and removed the bolts from my mailbox so it falls off. There are even footprints. Yes footprints on the walls in my guest room. Avoid these crooks at all cost!

Tony was great and super quick in regards to turn around. He came out on Saturday to look at the floors, started Tuesday, and finished Thursday! Great communication. Cash only. The photos I attached are before and after pictures.

Tony is definitely the person you want to call for your hardwood floors. We called him and he came out the same day with a reasonable price to do our living room, dining room and hall way. He had the floors sanded and stained the same day! It’s gorgeous!!! We recommend if you want professional, out standing quality and beautiful floors CALL TONY!!!

Tony has been really great to work with. Great communication, customer service, and workmanship. He’s honest and his prices are very reasonable. He takes pride in his work. There were a few items that we wanted him to correct and he did so without hassle. He even did us a favor and fix some molding for us without charging us for it. We are so glad to have found him and highly recommend him.

Highly recommend – great work – almost no dust – wonderful guy – beautiful wood floors… Tony & his team do a top notch job on hard wood floors. We had him come out to fix a water damage problem that other flooring contractors said wasn’t fixable. He replaced the damaged floorboards, and refinished the entire room – better than it looked before. We had him back again to do the entire wood floor, and had him come to replace our kitchen tile flooring with laminate. Pricing = great. Quality = great. Customer service = great. *PLUS* he now has a floor sanding/stripping tool that made almost no dust at all in our home. No need to tape off the room at all. If you have wood floors, call V N Hardwood Floor.

Definitely recommend. They know their wood floors and they do a beautiful job. Courteous and very hard working. The tired, stained hard wood floors in Mom’s house were a buried treasure (under two layers of carpet in some places). This team brought them back to life and made the house so much more attractive to potential buyers. We were very happy with the outcome!
