I called to get an estimate and set up the appointment for the following week. They called 3 times to reschedule the estimate and then finally made it the 3rd time around. During the estimate appointment, I was told there was a “minimum” and they kept asking about potentially adding on additional work because of it, even though I stated I wanted 1 floor refinished first before proceeded with another room. That was a month ago, and they never called me back with the quote.

Rob was a pleasure to work with for this floor refinishing project. He was incredibly communicative right from the start and gave a straightforward and fair estimate. His team was able to get in on short notice, and they worked quickly but with great quality and care, going above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

Rob and his team were outstanding! We had carpets replaced with hardwood in 4 bedrooms and closets – Bobby & The Floor Sanders came in with a competitive quote, communicated clearly and often, worked diligently, were timely, and above all, super friendly. When we eventually renovate the basement, I’ll be calling Rob’s team to install the flooring. Work was pristine and cleanup was impeccable. So happy with my new hardwood floors!

Rob and his team did a fantastic job on our hundred-year-old hardwood floors. We had a damaged patch that had to be replaced and they were able to make a recommendation for what would be the best match to the original. Their work was of high quality and also very fast! We would recommend them to anyone who needs their old floors refinished.

Rob and crew gave us what we were hoping for— no more orange (pecan) floor. Throughout the entire process, they were super communicative with text and phone call updates. Crew was real tidy throughout the sanding and staining process with plastic drop cloth and clean up each day. We ended up changing from water base to an oil stain. Rob was upfront with additional costs, time implications, etc before we proceeded. All in, we are recommending to family and friends.

Rob replied fast and gave a good price. He even was able to fit the refinishing of my floors very quickly. Fully insured and registered, it is a true local business. The guys that did the job were chill and respectful showed up on time and did a good job on the carpet removal and refinishing. Quite effective too.

Great contractor to work with. Very professional and personal. Installed new hardwood floors in kitchen and den, was able to match hardwood floors with the rest of my house. Very happy with results. A++

He came to our house-and did alll the measuring in Sept and we waited for an estimate- after 2 weeks, we called because we hadn’t gotten the estimate and then called again- a few days later, I got a message saying the estimate would be sent. Weeks again went by and no estimate! He wasted our time and pushed our work back months. If they are too busy.. just say so!! I do not recommend!!

Rob and his crew did a great job on my antique pine floors! My house dates 1855, not sure how old the floors are but decades at least. They were in clear need of refinishing and in some spots repair (see first two pics) and they turned out great (second two pics). Rob was professional and communicative throughout. I’m a very detailed person so I noticed a few spots that weren’t quite perfect at first; even though you wouldn’t notice without looking for them he was happy to have them cleaned up right away before we called the job 100%, which really shows pride in his work. Would definitely use them again!
