Would absolutely recommend this company. Very reasonably priced, showed up on time for everything (initial bid and day of work being done). Erin, Pablo and Dave (owner) all were great to work with and were upfront regarding everything. The final product (garage floor) looks amazing, exactly like they said it would. Wished we would have done it a long time ago. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. They showed up when they said they would, sent over documentation when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Professionalism like that makes a difference.

Alternative Surfaces repaired a Urethane floor for us at King Estate Winery after some underground utility work and slab infill. They were on the spot and did an excellent color match which took extra time despite a supplier color issue. We will always call them first for future projects. MD Eugene, OR

I called upon Alternative Surfaces for a ‘grind & seal’ of my 1,000 square foot residential garage. Erin was quick to come out and review the project and I received a detailed and competitive quote within 24hrs. Dave and his crew showed up as scheduled and made quick work of the prep and initial grind. Dave supported a Team of 3 that worked very well to efficiently complete my floor. The crew arrived by 8AM over several days, staggered lunches and cleaned up after themselves. I ultimately chose to have a 2nd-3rd pass completed on my floor in an effort to expose additional aggregate. Dave was very accommodating, communicated regularly throughout the project and was supportive in meeting my needs. Ultimately, I was very pleased with the outcome of my floors. The grind and seal with clear gloss looks amazing, feels good on your bare feet and is much easier to clean than the previous bare concrete. I would highly recommend Alternative Surfaces and would call upon again for any future concrete surfacing work. Outstanding result from the grind and stain refinish of our basement floor! David Zell and team did a great job – on time, hard working, on schedule, pleasant and easy to work with. The result for us was a great upgrade from a carpeted surface to one that will be easy to maintain and looks great. See the before and after photos for the excellent result!
