Awful experience and very unprofessional. They came out about a year and a half ago and all the flooring needed replaced because they laid it over top of dirt and you could see it bubbling. They came to fix it and added a bunch a nails to the flooring which ruined my finished basement. They wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Now after the replacement of the floor a year later and the flooring looks worse then it did the first time. I would never advise anyone to ever use this company. Also, they took the screws off the bottom of the dishwasher when replacing the floor and just left them under there and my 1 year old put them in his mouth and they also had nothing to say about that.

This was a nightmare experience. We paid in full for our flooring in January and were told it would be one week. When I called a week later, I was told the order had just missed the delivery deadline and would be another week. When I received the floor the following week, I took it home, opened the boxes and found half the delivery was damaged. From early February to early March, I spoke with 6 different people, all of whom shifted responsibility and stated that they couldn’t help. When I spoke with Mario on Pearl Rd and relayed the fact that no one could help (or even call me back), he insulted me and acted indignant – I’m nearly 50 and have maybe had 1 or 2 interactions in my life that went this poorly, I was literally beside myself with disbelief at his unprofessional and outright rude behavior. When replacement flooring arrived, I stated that it was a different style floor, Mario told me I was wrong and stated he’d call back – never did. I went on the flooring manufacturer’s website and found out that they had changed the product line, I reached out to 4 different people (although I truly believe 2 of them were the same lady, acting as someone else in an effort to claim no knowledge), with no help. I believe that the lady that has ultimately helped works in finance(?), and while I could be wrong, she did tell me she was not working in her normal capacity helping me. I was forced to remove the flooring which had already been installed, and return the flooring a second time before they would reorder. My flooring took over 4 months to arrive, and because I have yet to pick it up, I am not even sure it is right…

Worst job ever, been in construction for 20 yrs, didn’t stretch the carpet , left beer cans , carpet is falling off all the steps, edges were not rolled under, huge caps in our kitchen. They said our house had too much moister 3 months of moving in. We had dehumidifiers during the whole building process.
