This people are a joke. Salesman was supposed to be at my house at 3:00 and would call when he was on his way. At 3:00 I got a call from him saying this house was out of his area and he will give me a price over the phone. I refused to do that and will never call them again.

The initial reason for doing this job was to have two low spots where water laid in the floor fixed. Ian their salesman came out to do the estimate and I pointed out these concerns. He took pictures and consulted Jack over the phone and Ian said yes we can fix it by putting a “Minder” in the area. I should’ve known the project was doomed from the start when the salesman, the coating rep and the new hire showed up to do the job. I was overpromise and under delivered. My original concern was not addressed as discussed, and because the “line item“ in the quote was not for the low spots as I thought, I’ve now been told there’s nothing they can do for it. The actions they did take by grinding the area has made the issue worse, it is now very large and a quarter inch of water will puddle in the area. Now My concerns of product puddling along the edge of the floor, vertical areas not being properly covered by flakes plus the entrance edge is messy are not being addressed. They have now been out twice to correct these issues. I have asked for things to be corrected or refund on my deposit. I’ve been told no further work will be done until full payment has been received. This company does not stand by their word, by their product or workmanship

Jack and his team are absolutely amazing. The customer service was the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Knowledgeable, flexible, expedient, and a pleasure to work with. I just moved in to a new home with a three car garage that had a moderate amount of pitting. They came in and diamond grinded and mended all of the pitting and cracks. The result is phenomenal. The entire look of the garage has been improved 10 fold. It now has a showroom finish and is truly a gorgeous garage floor.

ILOVE MY GARAGE!!!! Sounds strange but the improvement is amazing! A pleasure to drive into. Jack Newman, owner of CLASSIC CONCRETE COATINGS, and his team were so very professional and informative, constantly stayed in touch in case of weather and worked us into the schedule. I attempted to schedule an appointment to get my porch done because its ugly and i wanted it to look good. I made appt and the person jack coming out to look at it asked how big the project was. When i told him he insisted it was too expensive for that small of a job that they do bigger jobs. Never asking me my budget. I knew what the cost was already. I just wanted my porch to look good. Instead he kept insisting my projoct was an inconvenience. So now im looking elsewhere
