From the owner Rachel to the sales person, Abby, to the entire GFC application team like Josh, Zach, Kevin and Ashton from start to finish you can expect a high level of professionalism, skill, application, and conscientiousness with the final product. In my opinion, there is no one else better when considering concrete coatings!

I have had a good experience with GFC. They scheduled me 10 weeks out but put me on a list and got my garage completed much quicker. I highly recommend the Mica flakes, with a little more cost, to enhance the look of the floor. I will say that the epoxy topcoat is quite thin and the floor is a little too rough and not shiny enough for me. Epoxy was slightly patchy in rare places, but they promised me long term longevity. Overall, I’m satisfied with the work and very happy with John the sales rep.

GFC was wonderful to work with! John was great on the initial visit & helped get us squeezed in the schedule to get done before an event at our garage. The installers Race, Zach, & Josh did great work & cleaned up everything when they were complete! I highly recommend this company & that crew!

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring this epoxy floor company and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. They were incredibly unprofessional (especially Abby who is a nightmare to deal with), leaving me frustrated and regretful. The mess they left behind was nothing short of a nightmare – epoxy splatters everywhere, and my space looked like a disaster zone. They ran out of the Epoxy Hub product (the agreed upon product) they were using and put a top coat of Sherwin Williams epoxy over the floor which left hazy spots that were filled too deeply and other spots that have the substrate sticking through. It also voids the Epoxy Hub warranty on the floor. There was no anti skid added to top coat as requested and the floor is now a major liability in my commercial building. But the worst part? It took them a staggering two months to complete a 5500 sq foot job that they advised would take one week. The excuses were endless – from equipment malfunctions, supply chain issues to staff shortages, it was one excuse after another. It’s clear that this company has no regard for their clients’ satisfaction, time or money. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear. Read the other one star reviews here, I wish I would have. The unprofessionalism, mess, and time-wasting I experienced were beyond anything I could have imagined. This company should be avoided at all costs.
