We worked with The Fargo Flooring Store when a pipe burst in our basement that caused flooding and total loss of the existing carpet. On a personal level: they were quick, responsive, and caring during a chaotic time for us. On a professional level: they promptly provided information and documents needed for insurance, removed the damaged carpet, and installed all new carpet with breeze and top notch quality/service. The entire process went very smoothly and every member of the team was amazing to work with.

Recently had Jacob and his team install vinyl plank in the basement of my home. The entire team is extremely professional, effective with communication, works quickly and cleanly, and takes accountability/makes right a mistake if one is made. The installer immediately informed me that he had slipped on our stairs to the basement, spilling liquid on the carpet. After ensuring he was ok, he and Jacob voluntarily offered to replace the carpet with remnants. The installer that came out worked as quickly and cleanly as the first that came out to install the vinyl. My wife and I are absolutely pleased with their work and will be hiring The Fargo Flooring Store for other improvement projects in the future.

The team at The Fargo Flooring Store was great to work with and got me set up with everything I needed in order to install flooring in two bedrooms! I have sent many friends and family to The Fargo Flooring Store and they have had exceptional experiences. Now it was my turn to have a flooring project done and The Fargo Flooring Store was my first phone call. The entire team is incredible. They were quick to answer any questions I had, and completed my project promptly. I must say I smile every time I walk by my new stairs. So long to the nasty carpet and hello to new wood laminate! I’m already working on a list of things I would like them to come back and make beautiful for me. As a professional in the industry for 20+ years, I can tell you this team has a streamlined, efficient process that makes managing projects with builders, and contractors seamless! The communication has been great, with all involved on projects being on the same page which keeps schedules aligned and we love that on our end as installers our schedule typically is dictated by all of the other teams having their projects completed on time.
