This review is long overdue. We hired Integrity Flooring in 2020 to install luxury vinyl plank throughout the majority of our home. While their pricing was very competitive we should have gone with a company who was more expensive, professional, and reputable. The biggest issue we had was an area that they did not properly level. Their crew returned at least three times to attempt to fix it, but to this day the floor is uneven and can be felt when walking over it (hence the late review – the issue STILL drives us insane). It was a NIGHTMARE having them come back to “fix” the issue. The CORRECT way to fix the problem would be to fully remove the uneven section, leveling, and reinstalling the floor. Instead, they continually tried to inject material through small holes and leaving weighted buckets on top. After the third time we realized the job would never be to our standards and chalked it up to a very painful lesson learned. Other annoying issues we encountered: – The incorrect color flooring was ordered. We discovered this after our old floor had been ripped up. Instead of waiting several weeks for the correct floor came in we settled for a color we didn’t choose – The crew took a chunk of dry wall out a beam and never told us. We repaired this ourselves. – The crew didn’t have the correct tools to shave the bottom of our doors as needed. It looked like a two year old took scissors to our doors when they were done. We also repaired this ourselves. – The crew left a large, noticeable scratch on the floor. We had to bring it to their attention to fix.
