My primary bath remodel was just completed and I couldn’t be happier. Nicole and Mike were wonderful to work with. They responded to all of my questions and concerns and went out of their way to make the entire experience a good one. My ugly 80s bathroom is now a beautiful, spa-like retreat. All of their workers were pleasant and respectful and took great pride in their work. I highly recommend this company.

They saw our vision in a new master bath and brought it to life. The workers where good and Leno did a good job with the tile in our walk in shower. He was understanding and patient to my picky changes. I really appreciated that. All in all the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was the communication sometimes lacked between Nicole with my husband and I. Sometimes the workers showed up early, sometimes a few minutes late. I would have liked Mike or Nicole to stop in more to check in with us and make sure everything was going good, more communication on what the next step was instead of me getting a hold of them. My husband and I feel the work was good and the price was fair. I do recommend Triad flooring and Bath!

Outstanding service and performance from this team!! Nicole was great to work with and handled everything fantastically! Had first floor refinished, stairs repaired/redone with new treads, and entire second floor hardwoods installed and finished. Wonderful job and couldn’t be happier!

Mike from Triad Flooring & Bath was the easiest and most responsive GC I’ve ever worked with. Mike was very easy to talk to and incredibly responsive. If any issues arose he immediately took care of it, no questions asked. Doing a kitchen renovation has so many moving parts and Mike stayed on top of it and kept us in the loop each step of the way. Really took all the stress out of the job. In the end he left us with a beautiful kitchen and I plan to reach out to him for any future jobs we may have in the future. Really can’t say enough about how happy we were with Triad Flooring & Bath.

Triad Flooring replaced the carpet in 2 bedrooms and hallway with water proof vinyl flooring. I was very happy with the cost, the resutls, and work performed. The demo and installation team was efficient and cleaned up nicely after they were done. This is the second house I’ve had flooring done by Triad, and they have been fantastic each time. Highly recommend them.

Triad Flooring & Bath helped us finish a laundry room expansion project. They were very efficient and professional in removing old tile, laying new tile flooring, hanging dry wall and painting. Everything was done extremely well and it all looks great. They were very easy to work with and very responsive to our needs and suggestions. Reasonable pricing. Will not hesitate to call them for other renovation projects in the future.

I can’t say enough great things regarding Triad Flooring & bath. Last week they did a bathroom remodel for us, new basement, kitchen, laundry room & bathroom floors. The house feels brand new again. Nicki & Mike are such a pleasure to work with. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable & always friendly. We will definitely be calling them in for our future projects!
