Orlando and his crew installed, sanded, stained and finished wood floors throughout my entire apartment in 4 days. And they look amazing! I looked into other flooring services, but Orlando was by far the best choice. He was quick to respond, assess what needed to be done and provide a quote. He works with high quality wood, gave me choices of plank width, provided samples of stain on my actual floors in my apartment to make choosing the color easier, and gave me choice of finish. His prices are very reasonable. He is extremely friendly and professional. Overall so very pleased with everything and highly recommend O&A!

I needed to tear up an old carpet and have some hardwood installed and matched to the rest of the flooring in the apartment. Orlando was responsive and his team did the job in less than 2 days. Would use again!

Orlando and his team removed the old floors, repaired sections of the subfloor, and installed new flooring at my 500 sq ft apartment in about three days. They did an exceptional job. They were extremely efficient, professional, and the floors look fantastic!

Alex came by and gave me the best quote (of about 5 that we received) and was very professional and helpful. It was a 2-day job and he showed up right on time both days, even though I was a bit late (so sorry!). They did a wonderful job and the floors look amazing. Will update with a photo later. Orlando and his team performed an incredible feat in replacing our floors and repairing dry walls within 4 days! The apartment was flooded due to a faulty air conditioner and Orlando came to inspect the damage. He set the right expectations from the start and agreed to start working on our tight deadline right away. He was extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. He worked very well with our Insurance adjuster and helped us to handle the claim and documentation promptly. We wish that no one has to go through this flooding experience but if you do, please only work with Orlando and his team of very professional men! Thank you so much for all what you did for us. We are back in the aparyment living comfortably and have beautiful new floors to enjoy!
