My wife and I were looking for a contractor to refurbish the flooring on a rental that we had just purchased. A neighbor recommended Frankie and he responded very promptly. Top quality work, done very efficiently, at a reasonable price. Not the cheapest quote we got, but not the most expensive either. Workers were professional and courteous, cleaned everywhere they stepped before they left each day. Floors looks great. We will definitely use them again.

I have watched an employee jo wade strive at this company due to learning new things and taking the upmost pride in the work. He has a real talent and passion for the flooring business, that being said, take in consideration when using this company the pride in the employees, making the job big not small absolutely amazing!!

Large areas of wood flooring needed to be sanded and refinished prior to moving into an older home. Was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time and the floors turned out beautifully.

We have had Aquisto (Joe Wade) refinish our floors in our business. They do a fantastic job and always leave everything clean and finish up on time. Would highly recommend their services!

The customer service, support and responsiveness is poor. I believe the owners son was our sales person and does not care a lot about customer support. Many calls were left not responded to and we had to figure out the details of what we wanted by looking at google. Unfortunately we had to spend double the money because of our own learning that could had been avoided with a little help from the professionals. In the end the floors look good but the customer service is inadequate. Do not recommend these folks.

I had Joe from Acquisto redo my floors and he took great care, the work result was stunning and I would use them again. I had a great experience. I loved the result so much I follow Joe and Facebook to admire the results posted. Amazing.
