I have been having issues with my master shower leaking for the past 2 years. They partially fixed it once, but refused to do the entire shower. I tried to get in contact with Carlos M. numerous times. He never answers his phone, checks his voicemail, or returns calls. I finally got in touch with him because he was in the office that day. He scheduled Pablo to come to my house that week, but no one showed up. I called Carlos and left a voicemail, but of course never got a call back. I called and left a voicemail with the office manager, but, of course, she never returned my call either. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any service.

These people will not even give me an estimate. I went in one day over a week ago and they said they would give me an estimate at the end of the day. I followed up several times via their web page as well as phone calls and they still have not provided an estimate. If they are this non-responsive in providing a basic estimate, I can only imagine how bad they would be if you actually hired them to do a job. Remarkably terrible customer service!

I contacted them through their website to ask about flooring repair. I received no response whatsoever. UPDATE; After my review posted, Ray’s did contact me. UPDATE to the update: After saying someone would set up an appt., no one called back. Went with another company.

This is a family owned and operated flooring company. They have a very large selection and their staff genuinely cares about there customers wants and needs. When the customer has questions about products or different aspects of building their forever dream home Ray’s will go above and beyond to get the answers and assist the client in whatever they need help with. Great family environment with a very welcoming space. That has great organization to allow for clients to find what they are looking for quickly and easily. I would highly recommend this business. For your dream home needs!!!

My grandmother called this company to come and give her a quote on her floor well that was three weeks ago they haven’t come back they haven’t called her back she’s called them four times and no response very unprofessional I would say. Do not use this company they are bad business

You pay in full in advance for a reason. Our salesman, Will, short ordered our flooring by 340 sq ft. Then he made up lies. Installation started then our home left in shambles for 28 days. 9 areas of home left unfinished and 1 bathroom unusable during that time. Our furniture and other stuff was scattered everywhere. Total time to complete flooring installation 28 days. Total time to finish job with transitions 77 days. Will told us it would all take 4 days. Managers comment was “that’s the way construction goes”. No inconvenience refund offered or even an apology. I like the vinyl flooring product, but get it somewhere else. Ray’s doesn’t keep flooring in their warehouse. They order it from the supplier after bid is accepted. So everything they order takes 15+ days to arrive.

I had a great experience with Ray’s Flooring. The sales process was very easy. and their carpet installers were professional and very neat. I am very happy with my new carpet.

I work here is a very good place to work at I would recommend flooring installers apply here they have medical and dental benefits and a retirement program
