We used The Floor Store and More to purchase and install LVP in most of our house. Chris was very helpful in helping us choose the best flooring to compliment our light kitchen cabinets and dark wood furniture. The job involved removing old carpet and tile and installing the LVP. The materials ordered arrived very quickly and Chris and his crew began work immediately. The work crew were very punctual, friendly and respectful and did a great job of demolition and installation and were very conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day. They were also happy to answer any questions we had. We intend to use Chris, Cody and their crew to install LVP in the remainder of our house in the near future. I highly recommend the Floor Store and More to anyone looking to replace their flooring or for any other services they offer.

The Floor Store & More is by far the best in town. I’ve done many projects over the years and am so glad I finally found The Floor Store. They will be my go to for all future projects. Great service in store with Chris and his family. They had a large selection of remnants that fit my room. The team was on site to install the carpet within a week and did so quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The Floor Store & More is the best in Reno. AMAZING customer service, honest, reliable, and they do a beautiful job. Our house had a lot of tile to remove, and they did an amazing job at minimizing the mess of that and even wiped down our kitchen when they were done. Thanks Chris, Cody, and the whole team – we absolutely love our floors and new baseboards.
