We had moved from NY to Sun City Anthem Henderson NV and needed to replace the rugs and builder tile from our dining room, family room, living room and hallways. We received a referral to M.K. Flooring and another company and called each for a proposal for the work to be done as soon as possible. Both companies visited our house. Ivan, the owner of MK Flooring, visited us the next day. Ivan spent time with us to understand what we wanted to achieve and took measurements. We also asked that he replace the base moldings. We received the reasonable and fair price and we agreed to have him do the work. The second flooring contractor also came to measure and promised a quote for the same work and he never called us or gave us a proposal. A few days later Ivan and his team started to work. My husband and I are both Kitchen and Bath designers and cabinet dealers and understand what a professionally project entails and Ivan and his crew of gentlemen hit the mark! Our tile was removed, floors leveled (very important) and did a great job with prep work. Installation was perfect and the new baseboards are beautiful! MK flooring did a wonderful job, in a timely manner, and very professional. We will hire them again for future projects. I would absolutely refer MK flooring for your floor remodel!

Javier and Rudy did a phenomenal job with our vinyl flooring installation. They went the extra mile and made sure the floor was level to begin with and would not start the install until it was perfect. I really appreciate how they left the worksite in a much more clean and immaculate condition than it was when they began. Thank you to them and their team for the exceptional work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do flooring.
