Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly had vast experience with construction management. They did a fantastic job framing, and helped correct errors a previous contractor had made. Exceptional work, great communication, and very reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

Schwarz Builders a year agoSchwarz Construction finished our new home in the summer of 2020. Our project involved demolition of our former home and a new build on our existing lot. Kurt Schwarz did an amazing job quarterbacking the demolition, architectural design, framing and finishing. All aspects of the exterior and interior were attended to and we could not be happier with the result. His team went the extra mile for us, even building a custom mailbox to match the house. Kurt, Jack, Jeff and Andre and most of the other subs were on point. We had a lot of custom requirements, some of which the team had not done before. Every design idea was considered and we were able to make good cost/benefit decisions along the way. Frankly, the other ‘review’ doesn’t compute with our experience (all during the height of COVID when lesser builders might have come up with excuses to delay the project). I know of three clients who have been involved with Kurt Schwarz and all would give him full-throated endorsement. If you are looking for a quality team with integrity, don’t hesitate to go with Schwarz.

Neighborhood Building-Remodeling a month agoThis spring I hired Neighborhood Building Remodeling Co. to renovate my entire bathroom; which included repairing the walls & ceiling, and replacing & upgrading everything else. Needless to say it was a huge project and they did a wonderful job, with timeliness, skill, quality and professionalism! Best of all was their exceptional level of communication every step of the way, addressing all my questions & concerns. I love my new bathroom!

Minnesota Basements 2 weeks agoWorked with Nate on a basement remodel. Turned a room of concrete into a great place for the kids and all their friends. Highly recommend! On time and on budget.
