Garage Floor Coating of MN has provided excellent service since original install of epoxy on my garage floor. I have had a few minor chips and peeling over the years, but their customer service has been outstanding. Always quick to reply, schedule a repair time and follow up.

I had my garage floor done a few years ago. I had a small issue that developed. They came out and repaired under warranty. You can have peace of mind that Garage Floor Coating of MN stands behind their work.

We purchased the diamond system which was installed in May of 2019. While cleaning the floor in the spring of 2023, I noticed peeling. My documentation stated there is a 20 year warranty against peeling so I contacted the company. A crew eventually came out and inspected. They said someone else would have to inspect. It took numerous phone calls, many of which went unanswered. I was later told that it was a staffing issue. It wasn’t until October after speaking to someone at a booth at the state fair in August that someone came out. He said that the peeling didn’t qualify under the warranty because heat from the tires caused the peeling. I don’t see an exception to the warranty for tire heat. Admittedly, most of the peeling is under the tire tracks but there is some outside the tire track. Regardless, you would expect that a garage floor coating would withstand tire heat because it’s expected as a garage floor. The only thing they offered was to recoat the floor this spring at my expense. It doesn’t seem that they stand by their warranty.

It’s been a couple weeks since you completed our garage floor project … and it looks fantastic! I smile every time I walk into the garage. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the communication from your office throughout the process. From the sales estimate from Nick Waldee to the completion of the job it was an exceptionally professional experience. Although I had to convince my wife that it needed to be done sooner rather than later due to the concrete cracks, pitting and holes she is all on board now that it’s finished. Neighbors have commented on how great it looks and they are right, it does look great. The only issue is that I now MUST complete the rest of the garage by painting walls and the like so the floor doesn’t look out of place! I really can’t thank you enough.

This is my second time using them, the first time was great. Fast forward 8 years and it is a totally different company. I have camera’s in my garage so I was able to see they never applied 2 coats of PolyHydrid, they did have an excuse but to me and anyone else it would seem like they are not doing what they advertise when paying for their Diamond system. It’s still under warranty if something comes up so I just let that issue go. The larger issue being the clear coat, it is so thick around the edges, the floor looks cloudy. There are other spots where the floor looks like it had puddles (looks wet), it is from thick areas of clear coat and really looks terrible. It was suggested the floor was uneven, not at all true. It was just applied too thick, it even looks wet at the expansion joints which are higher then the rest of the floor. They asked for pictures which I happily sent, didn’t hear a word after. I e-mailed and asked if they had a response and was told they were exploring options. Never heard another word. Minor issue that I fixed myself, they splashed coating all over my garage walls in several spots. Not a huge deal but speaks to their workmanship, I personally expect better for $5200. I am guessing the BBB will agree, they are my next contact.
