Floor peels up after second coat didn’t stick to first coat! It was a fight to get them to do what I wanted. “First coat” of clear was very un even and I was told that was 2 coats of clear applied. They came back and said there is a guarantee to the product from peeling and damage…..now he doesn’t answer his phone…just amazing!!

I’m so happy I chose to work with Darwin and his team at performance coating! As I was calling around most companies were telling me I had to wait up to a month.. Darwin answered my call right away and came out and met me the same day to discuss my project. His team of very skilled professionals did an absolutely amazing job and it came out better than I ever could’ve imagined. Thank you so much Darwin and your team!! If your looking to get your floors done I would go with Darwin hands down!

We applied an epoxy floor in our basement, instead of traditional tiles, in order to seal all the cement cracks (small and large) to help mitigate radon. Darwin Pinedo and his crew arrived on time and completed the work within a week. The crew was very professional and the floor looks beautiful. We continue to get compliments from everyone who has seen it. I strongly recommend this small business. Also, I hope people understand that prices are in flux these days, due to rapid inflation. It was not Darwin’s fault that he needed to adjust one of the reviewer’s bid price. Foreign politicians that wage war and domestic politicians that spend excessively are to be blamed. Please, be kind to small businesses. They need to make a profit and prefer not to increase their prices.

That was the worse service we ever got in years. The quality of partially done work is absolutely awful (anyone can come and see for yourself). The garage floor ended up bumpy (uneven), rough (like course sand paper) and blemished. The job was quite quite messy all around including screwing up our driveway with painting material. The “job” took over a month to do as well. There was a promise to redo (fix) all that work, cleaning up the driveway…, but State Performance Inc. just disappeared (stopped to respond). Be aware!
