I can not say enough about this business! Joel the owner was very easy to deal with, always communicating with us from the beginning of the project until the end. We needed new floors in our new home but at the same time part of the existing ones had to be refinish and match to the new ones. The end results were amazing, from the finishing to the color. Thank you so much for making the process easy and pain free for us!

I’ve been hiring Wood Flloor Proz for years to install and refinish floors for my remodeling company. Not only do they do an excellent job with attention to detail, Cody and Joel are genuinely good, fair and decent men. I can always count on them to look after my customers homes and interact professionally with my customers. They have smart ideas to make projects go smoothly and they have always been fair/honest and willing to help even when we have challenging projects. You will be happy you hired them!

Cody (not Joel) lit my house on fire by leaving stain rags in a pile and then they combusted. This left me my husband, two kids, and two dogs out of our home for 4 months, thank god no one was home when it happened. We had a monitored smoke detector by SimpliSafe alarm systems or who knows what would have happened. When he finished the job 4 months later after promising to take a significant amount off the price, he charged us full price and then when we asked him to at least take our $1000 deductible off the bill he said his insurance would pay that and said he would meet us in the middle and took $500 off. This is again after causing our house to catch on fire and out of it for 4 months. After confirming with our insurance that our insurance is paying for the damages and not his, and letting him know that we paid our $1000 deductible, he still did not even pay the entirety of the deductible. Cody is dishonest and careless and the whole thing happened because he ordered white oak instead of red oak and then tried to hide it with red out and then sand it off when it didn’t work. I do not recommend wood floor proz to anyone and any lie he tells about his insurance paying anything is a lie that I have confirmed with my insurance company. How do you leave a family out of their home for 4 months because of the fire and smoke damage you caused in their home and charge them what you originally quoted them and not even pay their deductible. Bad business to work with. 0 stars. Oh but he’ll tell you again and again that this is his first fire. Good for you, glad we got to be your first careless mistake, hopefully no one else is the next.

We hired this company to refinish the hardwood floors for our new home and we could not be happier with the end result. These guys are not only great at what they do but their customer service is unmatched, both of the owners are very nice. Our project ended up being a bigger one since we added on the revamping of our staircase as well as a few boards being replaced and all through out the process I picked over items and requested nothing short of perfection to which Cody was always beyond patient and willing to do absolutely everything so that we would be happy with the completed project. The floors and stairs turned out so beautiful and we are so happy that we picked this company to do our floors!

Wood Floor Proz just finished replacing a portion of our 100+ year old wood floors after a water mishap. I was so worried our floors would never have that character again but the guys came through! They were very quick and responsive. I called Cody on 8/24 and a month later the job was all wrapped up and the floors look better than ever! Professional, reliable, and efficient.
