They sanded refinished most of my house, and buffed and finished the rest. I had some floors that were completely stripped of coating, and they turned them like new. Tao was quick to come on site to get an accurate estimate and very responsive. His arrived on time and finished the work on time as well. They did a good job controlling the dust in the house. The price was very competitive, compared against two other quotes. My only regret is I managed to dent the new floor within a couple days.

We Wanted to find someone local to help us refinish and sand our hardwood floors glad I choose Tao, once he came to my home to give us a quote not trying to upsell us saying it’s better to just replace the floor with new flooring he recommended just a good sanding and polish and really gave the home a new feel and look! Also he did the job very efficiently in time for us to move in and get settled. Always go local they always do better work and give great service. Plus lots of people have recommended him as well. You won’t be disappointed!

Tao was able to refinish our floors on a tight timeline so that they could be done before we moved in. They look amazing and we’ve gotten several compliments on them, including from other contractors! Tao is also such a nice guy and offers very fair prices. Having beautiful hardwood floors is such a mood booster!

Tao and his team did a great job staining our floors. This is the second time he has stained our floors (we did upstairs and downstairs separately) and both times have been seamless. They are honest, responsible and timely.

I can’t recommend Taozen enough! They were incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the entire flooring project. They worked with my renovation schedule by breaking the work into phases, which made a huge difference. The crew was always on time and professional, and the end result is absolutely stunning. I’m very happy with my refinished floors!

Wonderful to work with Tao and his team! Very professional, fast to respond, and the my floor was beautifully sanded and finished under a week’s time. Tao is knowledgeable and gave me very helpful advice on my renovation process. I thought my old, overly glossy and scratchy floor was a lost cause, but who would have known! I would recommend him to anyone who wants to upgrade their flooring.

Tao and his team did an absolutely incredible job with our flooring. We had them refinish old floors, add new flooring (both unfinished oak and pre-finished Brazilian Cherry), and put new stair treads in. All of the work was meticulously done and extremely efficient. Tao is a pro and knows exactly what he is doing – he perfectly matched the existing flooring to the new flooring and made the old wood look brand new. He was very thoughtful about any cost sensitivities and working within our budget while also not compromising on quality. One quick note, we did also use Tao’s recommended painter to paint the interiors of our home. While the work was inexpensive, the communication, timelines, and quality didn’t match Tao’s quality and efficiency. HIGHLY recommend using Tao for flooring needs!

Taozen is a top notch company and I would highly recommend them. Tao came out very quickly and provided an estimate (the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received). He was very experienced and provided recommendations on how to deal with the underlying subfloor of a very old house and helped me to choose the best wood direction. They were able to finish the job within a week, and even worked around my piano, which I chose to keep in the house because it would have been too difficult to move out of the house. The finished floors were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It is well worth it to research and find a great company if you are going to have this kind of work done, and Taozen met all my expectations.
