Had about 1,500 sf of red oak refinished to natural recently. The best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Kim is super fair on pricing, incredible communication and only uses top quality finishing products. Other places I got quotes from had similar pricing but were using way lower quality materials and were not nearly as easy to work with. Her team is incredibly efficient, respectful and I have never seen a contractor leave a place so clean.

Our floors came out beautifully! Kim was very responsive and provided quick service. She turned around a quote quickly and could start quickly. She responded promptly to all calls and emails. We look forward to contracting with her again to update our other floors. Would highly recommend.

Kim and her crew refinished our hardwood floor in September ’22. They still look beautiful, even with our 90 lb dog trouncing on them. Kim and her team made the process as painless as possible. They were quick and clean and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Kim did an amazing job on our floors last summer 2021!!! We recognize our late post, but in that time we can say over a full 4 seasons the floors stayed in excellent shape and stood the test of temperature changes. She brought our imagination to life by adding a custom inlay which provided such a unique and personal style to our home. She also took on the task on relatively short notice and got the job completed in record time with her amazing team. She was very professional and kind, gave frequent updates/check ins, and always responded to our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend floors by Kim. I also shared her information with our neighbors as well.

Kim and her team did an incredible job. We purchased a 200+ year old home. The wood floors looked well worn and I was worried that we would have to replace them. Kim came in and was able to identify how to make the floors look the best. Looks incredible I would love to use her again in the future

Kim was excellent to work with and communicative throughout the process of refinishing our wood floors and repairing the subfloor. She came by the house, took measurements and consulted us on the repairs and refinishing. Her team was professional and overall did a great job, and afterward she gave us tips on how to maintain the floors in good condition and make touch ups over time. Highly recommended!

My floors look amazing! Kim was great to deal with from start to finish. She was more than willing to answer all of my questions and flexible when working with my schedule. My floors were sanded and refinished and her crew made sure to take extra care around my freshly painted baseboards. My 120 year old floors look brand new. I would highly recommend Floors by Kim to anyone who would like a pain free process from beginning to end.
