I have had this guy come to my house twice because he couldn’t remember the first time he came for a estimate! We bought all the tile and accessories for the job he quoted us for. He now ignores my husbands phone calls and mine! He answered the phone when called from another number then when my husband told him his name he hung up! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY AT ALL!

From giving us a free estimate to scheduling, then demo and installation of the new tiles, Alvino and his crew were top notch!! We couldn’t have been more pleased with how the new tile flooring came out. The finished work was excellent. They also installed our new vanity which came out beautiful as well. When we’re ready to redo our 2nd bathroom, no doubt that we’ll be using Souza Tile Installation again. We highly recommend Alvino and his crew. They are hard workers, punctual and exceeds your expectations. Thank you Alvino and crew! Can’t wait to work with you again, hopefully soon.

Alvino and his crew were fantastic to work with from the moment he provided a quote (same day) through to the finish of the job. He was professional, on time, obviously very skilled in his work, and his crew were just the same. I couldn’t believe how clean they left the job site each day. The pride they all put into retiling our shower shows how much they care for their customers. Thanks Alvino and crew!

Alvino was great. Came to see project, provided estimate, showed up on time, finished job, cleaned area and re-nailed trim. He removed the vanity and toilet and put back toilet (I was getting another sink). His work is excellent and I will use him again for other projects.

I contacted Alvino after seeing all the great reviews. I wanted an outdated backsplash removed and a new one installed. He answered my call immediately and came out the same day to give me an estimate. He gave me a date and time for the work and he showed up on time as promised. His work is amazing. He is an expert at what he does and it shows. I have already made plans to hire him to tile my bathroom floors and refinish my hardwood floors.

We called to get a quote to redo our shower floor. Alvino came the same day to look at the job. We received the quote the next day and he started 3 weeks later and finished in 2 days. He and his team did a great job. We would use them again.
