Y & Y Home Services LLC 4 months agoHorrible customer service. All I needed was a receipt of some sort to verify the age of my roof for my home insurance but I get ghosted. My realtor also tries to reach out and gets ghosted. Definitely will not be using this company even if I did have a roof issue.

Spectrum Design + Build 2 weeks agoOur project was to add screens to a front porch, rebuild front and back steps, add fans, etc. The Spectrum staff prepared a very attractive and informative proposal based on our specifications, and offered clear options on major decisions to be made about design. All the staff were good listeners. The work crews were skillful, considerate, and responsive. When they encountered unexpected factors in construction, they promptly informed us of the implications and recommendations. Highly recommend.

SOTO CONSTRUCTION LLC a year agoJorge and his team did an excellent job rebuilding our basement following flood damage! We received fair prices, consistent communication, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. The quality of the work was extremely neat from drywall repair to painting, as well as flooring to baseboards. To top it all off, Jorge and his team had great customer service skills taking the time to answer our questions, discuss floor/paint/vanity options, along with exact dates and times work would be completed. Overall, we definitely recommend this company!

From the initial consultation to the final day of construction, the team was extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. The team completed the entire project ahead of schedule and on budget. Smart General Contractors 2 months agoThe smart general contractors made my home my dream house. I wanted my closets, bathroom and kitchen redone to my liking. Jose was willing to work with my budget and gave me a detailed outline of when each step would be completed. I’m so happy on how everything turned out. I love having guest over so I can brag about the work he did for me.
