I am IN LOVE with my floors. We moved into a house that all of the carpet, LVP, tile… everything needed to be replaced. We met with Walter and discussed what we were comfortable spending and what we were hoping for. He helped us select gorgeous products AND stay in our budget. Walter was very responsive and came over quickly to give us a quote after 3 other bids from other companies. He was also very accommodating with our schedule. Once he offered solutions with floors that fit in our budget we chose them over the others! Now that the floors are installed, we are extremely happy. The install looks great and they were fast. They left very little evidence they were even here which can be rare when dealing with tradesmen and contractors. I will recommend them to everyone!

We had a great experience working with Adam at Payless floors. He was patient and easy to communicate with as we decided which flooring materials for our project. The installation crew did an amazing job, so professional and friendly. We are so happy with our LVP flooring in our basement and the carpet on our stairs. We would definitely recommend Payless Flooring and we plan to work with them for our future flooring projects too!
