I usually only post about businesses that I’ve known & worked with for years & years. But, Jericho Flooring Installation deserves this shout out. They are just getting started & don’t even have their Derby showroom open yet. But, they have not only worked an “extreme makeover miracle” on our late 70s flooring on our upstairs, they did it with some of the very best customer service & skill that I’ve ever experienced. Eric Hogan, the owner, customizes every deal & is so respectful of budget, taste & timeline. His install crew has worked with him for 20 years & they are incredible not only at their craft, but are personable, polite & perfectionists. It was 2 long weeks + 1 day for all of us, but so worth it. They are full service & then some. 12 stars out of 5 max for Jericho! Now to load our lives back into these incredible rooms. We couldn’t be happier.

Eric and his team have done several jobs for us over the years. They are prompt, responsive and excellent floor mechanics. I would recommend them for both carpet and hard surface jobs if you are needing quality installation at fair prices.
