Property Pro Services a year agoOh how I wanted to write a shining review for this company. We were so excited when we found someone who was willing to work within our budget to help us renovate our kitchen and bring it up-to-date. Our project was relatively small, and we were willing to source all of the materials ourselves and have them on site in preparation for the renovation. Unfortunately, it took a very, very long time for this project to be started. From an initial estimate of a start date in mid-November, to a verbal confirmation of a start date in mid-December, our project didn’t actually begin until March. So from late October until now (August of the next year), we have had various kitchen materials scattered throughout our home as we wait for the project to be finished. Our contractor did not pick up our special ordered items from Menards in spite of numerous requests to do so, which resulted in our items being sold to someone else – we had to reorder them and then pay for special delivery just to ensure they’d actually arrive. We also had to purchase four extra rolls of wallpaper when the contractor’s staff ruined several rolls by not installing them properly, which meant they had to be torn down and replaced. There is about one day’s worth of work left to do, and we’ve been waiting for over a month for that final piece to be done. We were promised full attention to our project once it was started, however, that has not been the reality. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of the contractor and get a response from him regarding the status of our project. Text messages and emails all go unanswered for days. Meanwhile, our upper cabinets have not been installed and are sitting in our dining room, which is delaying further updates and repairs to our home and making it stressful and difficult to navigate as we have kitchen materials in four non-kitchen rooms, waiting for this project’s completion. If you have a lot of time on your hands and are in no hurry to get your project done, this is a great company to work with. If, however, your project involves the home where you are trying to live at the moment, I’d recommend looking somewhere else. The hassle and stress we’ve had over the past year (yes, it’s been literally one year and the project is still not done) is not worth it. The contractor is a very friendly and kind person and is great when he is actually working on your project, but most of the time you will not see him as he and his staff will be elsewhere.

Huber & Son Construction, LLC 4 days agoI had a great experience with Doug, Brandon, Nick and Juli, from Huber and Son construction. I also had brief interactions with 2 other workers. They were friendly, polite, professional and through in their work. I had to have a tub and shower removed to put in a shower for me that was more accessible. They worked with me as I was using the Hissa program through the VA. Excellent work, Juli kept me up to date when they would be arriving and everyone kept me up to date on what was going on during the renovation. Very happy with the new shower, I have more room and it is safer for my use. I would recommend highly, and if I need other work done down the road I would not hesitate to contact them to have the work done.

HJK Construction 22 hours agoI was recommended to HJK by a good friend, Jaime and his brother Ricardo came to give me an estimate on my roof and gutters. Both explained to me everything I needed to know, they followed up on my insurance claim to ensure I was on the right direction. Thank you both!!

Designer Remodeling and Homes, LLC a week agoJeff Clampitt is not only hard working, he has a heart of compassion. We needed a room add on for my father and the care he needs. He went out of his way to make things happen as quickly as possible, but did not compromise quality. He has an eye for detail, and will do hard work right along side his contractors. He is always watching to make sure things are done to his high standards for quality work. The room looks like it has always been part of our home!

CSU Inc Plainfield 2 weeks agoThe drivers are rude and inconsiderate on the road cut me off with them, driving a truck and a trailer and I’m driving with my grandbaby, then starts flipping me off and yelling names at me rude people ignorant people

Wes in an honest, hard working business owner who is professional, patient, and very thorough. The members on Wes’ crew are also professional and very good workers. Would definitely encourage anyone looking for landscaping or carpentry type with to contact Wes!
