The owner is a God-send. The flooring is beautiful and the workers are great. The owner is compassionate with a giving heart. They gave us a steal deal. They are the best 👌.

We had Luxury Vinyl installed by Puckett’s Flooring that quoted our flooring. In a few months the flooring was separating. Underpayment not prepared correctly and their response was we didn’t have the subfloor prepared. We aren’t in sales or installers, but put the blame back on us. They took NO responsibility for the Very poorly job done but did try to fix the floor, Now we have stripes of non matching floor planks. Original floor had a shine, they replaced planks with dull flooring. Their response was to was those planks! Really, how long will that last? They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR INSTALLERS. Go to a well know reputable store and get the job done right the first time. It was a great store, but now that the son has it, NO!

Had laminate flooring installed by Puckett. Had questions about the quality of installers but could never get owner to call me back. Finally spoke to his sister who apologized and said they were having problems with him returning calls. Still am finding issues about installers not leaving proper spacing for lam to move and also found they didn’t use the proper hardware for the transition areas. Just shot some nails into it. Would never use again.
