Very satisfied client here. It was a pleasure to work with Dane. Reasonable cost and great results! 11/10 would recommend and I will be calling this company in the future for more flooring services. I contacted Best Flooring Services for a basement remodel – carpet removal and asbestos encapsulation. Dane is absolutely great to work with. He is personable, professional and communicates well. He was very thorough at the initial visit and estimate was sent in a reasonable time. It was considerate of him to notice the minimal ventilation of our basement. He brought this big machine to direct the air through our only window in the basement. They even left it there for another day to make sure the smell of epoxy doesn’t bother us. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner with excellent quality. They came as expected and finished by the estimated date. The crew was respectable and easy to talk to. Overall, I would work with this company again for Dane’s superb client service, great quality work, and reasonable cost. The value the company brings is unmatched.

I wish I had called Best Flooring Services earlier! My house has appears transformed by the resurfacing and installation work. I’ve already received several compliments from guests. I can be pretty hard to please and after weeks of calling around a couple friends recommended Best Flooring Services. The difference was immediately clear. Even if price was my only consideration, I would have taken my business here. But, no one else matched the prompt and detailed communication, flexibility to accommodate my preferences and schedule, and thorough process of Best Flooring. I was surprised and happy to see that the owner personally came out to give me the quote. Dane was a big help with explaining the whole process and putting my mind at ease. In an industry that can be so unreliable, I have been recommending this company to everyone I know. How many business will go out of their way to save you money by showing you which rooms only require resurfacing when you budgeted for new installation everywhere? I’m so happy I didn’t settle for the alternatives before contacting Best Flooring Services. This was the best decision I could have made to improve the value and look of my home. Thanks again guys!
