We recently purchased a new home with expansive Brazilian cherry floors. The team at IDEA Hardwood Floor Installation and Refinishing was super responsive and flexible at scheduling the floors to be buffed and resealed in the week after we closed to take advantage of the empty house before the movers arrived. The team was knowledgeable and consulted us every step of the way, managing our expectations and confirming the best way to approach the condition. We were never upsold or offered unnecessary services and we trusted the advice we were given by the team. After the service, we were advised to wait for the floors to cure and the team checked in regularly to confirm our satisfaction with the work.
