I regret to express my dissatisfaction with Diversified Floor Care. Disappointment arose when attempts to contact them for necessary repairs went unanswered. This lack of responsiveness reflects a concerning disregard for their commitment to customer satisfaction. The floors are not even 2 years old. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services to others.

Super disappointing. Oscar doesn’t honor the ‘lifetime warranty’ and doesn’t care if you are left with a chipped, stained garage floor. The price isn’t that great – go with a company that will stand behind their work.

They did our garage floor in May 2017, in September of 2019 i texted him that it was peeling up in spots, was repeatedly told they would be out to fix it and they never came. Their work is very poor quality and they do not stand behind it They will tell you you have a warranty, but there is no warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Customer service-NO Guarantees-NO Dependability-NO When I had Oscar install my garage floor 3 years ago, I couldn’t be more pleased. I even recommended him to 2 close friends for their garage floors. But when I was washing my floor this summer, I noticed several holes in the floor. I was shocked and immediately contacted Oscar, who kept avoiding me. He said he would come to look at the holes on 2 different occasions and I waited around for 2 entire days and he never showed, called, or texted that he wasn’t coming. After repeated calls and texts on my part, I never received a response or call back. To date, I have not heard from him and I still have holes in my floor. His work might look good on day one, but it doesn’t hold up and he doesn’t care.

Most affordable best quality company I have found. I’ve been looking for weeks and I’m happy I went with them.. They put my whole basement down and will definitely call them to do my garage. Very professional. The owners were very responsive and knowledgeable.

Oscar scheduled an appointment with me for a estimate for March 3. On the day of appointment I called him to reconfirm and he cancelled – without him taking the initiative to call me first. He stated he was very busy and asked to reschedule. We agreed on March 10. I waited for him to call or arrive yesterday – he was a NO SHOW! No telephone call or even a text. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I would not do business with a company who shows no concern for a prospective customer.

Oscar and brother returned my call immediately,and scheduled floor within a week. Knowing i was anxious to get done ,they had a job pushed back and came in two days and started right away.looks great and cleaned up everything when done.very happy will recommend. (Already have)
