Johnny and his team were incredible! They did the best job on our home remodel. Our new floors are perfect and the transformation of our old solid oak walls brought our home into the 21st century. They also painted every wall and ceiling wonderfully. We are very satisfied with everything including the price. I highly recommend them!

I shopped the refinishing of my floors around Adam was very helpful he came out and measured and had great advice and I received a quote promptly, and to my surprise was lower that all the quotes I received. But the reason I went with them was not the money it was trust in that they were giving me what I need and not what I didn’t need the savings were just a bonus. They were able to schedule when I went out of town for a few days so we were not at all inconvenienced. What a delight to return from that vacation to what looks like are brand new floors. I co-manage a 5-unit, 100-year old building, and I work with a lot of contractors, some good, some not. Creative Floors removed carpet, sanded, stained and finished our 60-stair staircase. They did a BEAUTIFUL job, the crew was fantastic and they finished way ahead of schedule (which included some very long workdays). I recommend them without reservation! You won’t be disappointed.

I will use Creative Floors if I ever need hardwood floors again and highly recommend Johnny and the team to anybody. 1100 sq ft of worn, animal-marked hardwood floor with dark spots was sanded, stained, and finished by Creative Floors. The work was done in three days, the office was responsive, and the on-site team was clean and respectful. They measured spaces precisely and delivered the agreed upon services with fantastic quality. While completing the work, they also identified additional broken boards and completed the services efficiently. We’re very happy with the new floors!

We had creative floors refinish our stair case in a light white oak to match our new flooring and changed out the banister, railings and put in black iron spindles. We have had numerous projects done in our Naperville home over the past 30 years but John from Romania who did the work was the best worker we have ever hired. He was meticulous, punctual, kind, humble and worked 10 hour days to complete the project in just 3 days. CB
