Dale and crew did a fantastic job grinding off the old finish, installing new cabinets and skateboard and finished the new floor all in one day in considerable heat!

The process started out good with sales but once completed, the job was not done to my satisfaction with a rough border along the walls transitioning up the wall. Was told nothing they can do because the floor was uneven even though they grinded the cement floor prior to applying the epoxy. I was told initially they would grind the edges but when came out, the story changed and again said nothing they can do. Was reminded multiple times by them that they are A plus rated but the work was subpar.

Park Place installed 3 overhead racks for us in 2020. We have been very pleased with them. Recently, a corner bracket on one of the racks came loose. I called Park Place and Frank came over the next day and fixed everything at no cost. Park Place is a very reliable and honest company that stands by their products.

Mike was our salesman and Dale with his team did the work. Great communication from Mike and Dale and his team were on time and did a great job. A little advice, make sure to rent a trailer or uhaul to store everything in. Letting these guys come in and get right to work without having to move stuff for you, is the key to getting the top notch service these guys can provide. Started 9am on day one, had cabinets installed, and had floor finished with the moisture barrier protection by 1pm on day two. I definitely recommend this company.

The new garage looks wonderful. The only thing better than their product is their staff. Punctual, thorough, courteous and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this project.

These people are fantastic and I’m very happy for the work that I hired them to do in my mother’s garage, which was so full of clutter that it was a hazardous environment. The staff was professional and communicative. After they developed a plan that everyone agreed with, they did the job efficiently, and in a manner that eliminated Mom’s initial anxiety’s.

Their warranty is terrible my floor was three years old and they looked at it and said the marks was from battery acid bull I had a cover under my golf cart on the garage floor they should have fix it but they did not. Do not use them
