They did a good job installing 1000 sqft of wood lamented flooring, they also demoed the tile all in 2 days. However there were a couple of things that weren’t top quality, and they damaged a $2,500 table when I tried to discuss this with them they asked for pictures and when I showed them the pictures of the damaged dinning table I never heard back. They don’t take responsibility for damaging things and they won’t even give you the curdosy of a response. So if you use them be sure to remove all valuables from the home or they will damage it with no regard

Keller interiors laid a new carpet on my stairs. Everything was perfect! Dee and Danny, husband and wife installers were friendly, professional and super quick. Cleaned up so well you would never know they had been. He even cut a piece left over so I could use as a rug. I have to say I love what they did! It looks fantastic!!!

Very pleased with the results! The flooring is beautiful and the installers were knowledgeable, timely, professional and neat. Very happy! #Lowes had the type of carpeting I was looking for.

Anyone looking to install flooring soon avoid at all cost. I bought flooring through LOWES* and there ONLY* installers are KELLER INTERIOS* Keller Installed my flooring May of 2020. Before my flooring even got installed I was already having issues with coordination and communicating with the Keller particularly with DEBBIE* It was nearly impossible to have the phone answered or receive call back. DO NOT BELIEVE ME.. AS SOON AS YOU READ THIS CALL, I’m sure you will have to leave a voice message. On April 23,2021 Keller came out to my home in regards to a repair in the kitchen area which has been repaired and fixed before* After one hour and half hours of two men removing 70% of my kitchen flooring they told me there was going to be an inspector coming to my home. I really did not think much and believed it because they left MY KITCHEN UNFLOORED AND MY OVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LIVING ROOM. One hour later i receive a call from Lowes telling me I have to go through home owners insurance*** I asked when THE INSPECTOR WAS COMING TO MY HOUSE AND RESPONDED WITH WHAT INSPECTOR??? Basically KELLER INTRIORS REPAIR GUYS LIED TO ME saying they were sending an INSPECTOR IN ORDER TO AVOID FULFILLING THERE WARRANTY AND NOT TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH ME IN MY HOME ABOUT THE ISSUE. MIND YOU MY WARRANTY IS UP LATE MAY 2021* LOWES also tells me that picture’s received from KELLER showed water damage which is the reason why they can not fix the issue MIND YOU MY LAMINATE FLOORING IS WATER PROOF* After I get off the phone with corporate Lowes. I CALL VICTOR THE INSTALLER WHO BEFORE I CAN GET A WORD HE IMMEDIATELY TELLS ME THEY CAN NOT FIX THE ISSUE TO TAKE IT UP WITH MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE…. I WAS PUZZLED AND ASKED HIM WHY AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER. I THEN ASK FOR THE TWO REPAIR MEN THAT WERE IN MY HOMES NAMES AND HE WOULD NOT TELL ME* The repair men left my house in disarray. Still April 23, 2020. I then go with my wife to KELLER INTERIORS for some answers. When we arrive the business was closed with the lights off in business hours. About two minutes we are about to leave a woman comes out from the back office. Without opening the door or even turning on light in the business the first thing she says throught the LOCKED door is I know your upset and angry VICTOR told me… I said excuse me and asked are you DEBBIE she said yes. DEBBIE then tells me you need to call your homeowners insurance again I ask why and she told me I can not help. I SPECIFICALLY SAID ARE YOU SERIOUS THE GUYS TOLD ME THERE WAS AN INSPECTOR COMING TO MY HOUSE SHE THEN SAID THROUGH THE LOCKED DOOR YOU NEED TO LEAVE< I THEN RESPONDED DO I NEED TO CALL THE POLICE FOR HOW YOUR REPAIR MEN LEFT MY HOUSE DESTOYED… SHE KEPT YELLING BEHIND THE DOOR LEEEEEAVE!!! So I left. When I am in Lowes speaking to a manager I receive call from THE MELBOURNE POLICE DEPARTMENT**** Officer Amanda Lopez which after research has recently graduated from EASTERN FLORIDA and has only been a OFFICER since OCTOBER 2020**. Amanda Lopez informs me she is calling me because of a disturbance I ask her what DISTURBANCE and tells me she does not know why… but then immediately ask me to call my HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE…… I this point I am very puzzled as to why a police officer is talking to me about my home without even asking what happened with KELLER INTERIOR REPAIR MEN. When I try to explain she screams and tells me if i go back to KELLER INTERIOR she would arrest me for causing a DISTURBANCE WHEN I ASK AGAIN WHAT DISTURBANCE I CAUSED SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. Today April 24, 2021 I receive a call from corporate Lowes telling the reason KELLER IS NOT FIXING MY ISSUE IS BECAUSE OF BLACK MOLD!!! This is the first time of me hearing this. KEller basically lied to me and did even notify me of there being black mold.
