I moved here from Connecticut in May and needed a handyman with lots of projects and I am sorry that I didn’t know of Franklin from the moment I moved. I had several contractors work on my condo which did a lousy job and kept asking for more money. Franklin was referred to me by my neighbor and he fixed all my problems. He is a hard worker, does an amazing job, comes the time he says and you know where you stand with price up front. No job is too big or small for him. I have several other jobs which I will only allow Franklin to do because I know that he will get it done and get it done right. Thank you Franklin.

Reliable, professional, reasonable price, excellent workmanship. If I could give Franklin & team 10 stars I would!! He’s honest and fair. We love the bathroom renovation he did! The tile work and shower/vanity installation was beautiful. Franklin also put new flooring throughout the entire house and did a great job! Looks fantastic. Franklin & team renovated our house and we couldn’t be happier! He’s a great guy and does excellent work. If he says it, he does it. Timely and reliable from start to finish. We’re so happy with Franklin and his team. Great job!! Thank you Franklin. We highly recommend!!

Franklin Flooring did an excellent job installing carpeting in my 3 story townhome. In addition, he moved furniture out & back into rooms, placing everything back exactly in their original positions with no damage. He left the work site cleaned up. His price was fair & up-front with no additional charges. Franklin is very conscientious & is someone you can feel safe inviting into your home. I have already recommended him to others.

Thank heaven for Franklin Flooring. Our renovation wasn’t voluntary. Our drain system corroded and we had to tear up floors down the full length of our home. New floors throughout both bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry room and a bedroom closet! Franklin managed the renovation of the main bathroom, removal of the old and installation of the new tile everywhere else. He personally helped with moving appliances, picking up materials, and offered help in lots of little ways that helped us cope with the upheaval caused by such a big project. Hat’s off and many thanks Franklin for your pleasant and personal service.

I recently needed to have a floor removed in two of our rooms due to a mold problem. Franklin’s Flooring was over the top helpful and understanding every step of the way. Franklin was willing to meet my every wish which was very appreciated !! He even came back to my house after hours to help get my internet reconnected after he leveled the floor and had to wait until the cement dried to reconnect. I highly recommend Franklin’s Flooring.
