My husband I a have worked with several sub contractors for home renovations and home remodeling. In today’s culture we have seen many professionals who claim to be professional. Who claim to make sure the job gets done well. At the end they just want to over charge and give poor quality work. Very quick to ask for their over priced payment. Noe and his team are completely opposite. Not only do they deliver quality work, they protected us as consumers through the process of remodeling our stairs and second floor. They came out several times before the project start date. Went over every detail that would make a difference in the outcome. Even the smallest detail you wouldn’t think mattered. I can go one with much positive and detailed explanations; however, the end result was truly great quality and professionalism. I feel respected and protected as a consumer. My project was very complicated with expensive flooring. Noe, Kyle, Santiago, Victor and the entire team were very professional and easy to work with. They provided me with a very fair price and did an amazing job installing my flooring! I would highly recommend them.

The most excellent workmanship- I love my new tile floors! Santiago is an expert when it comes to tiling your home and is very creative installing medallions and inlays – beautiful I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend this company the owner Noa is a pleasure to do business with – it’s so nice to receive such wonderful service .

Work is sub-par. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I complained about the finishing work and was told that it would be fixed. Never heard back from them again. Job also took longer than estimated. They will make a bunch of promises while trying to sell you and do not follow through.

Noe and his team are top notch from beginning to end . They took out the old vanities and mirrors from both of my bathrooms redid the walls put down vinyl plank flooring in both bathrooms and master bedroom and did the baseboards and installed the new vanities. The job came out excellent, was finished on time and at a very reasonable price ,very professional and clean ,they made the process go very smooth without any problems and always answered any questions and kept me updated along the way.Will definitely use them again with no hesitation for any projects I have in the future. Thanks so much for a job well done.

We hired Noe and his team at Tile and Floor Pros to replace a defective tile floor installed in our bathroom shower. Noe gave us great advice on how best to correct the problems. The team was organized, quick and professional. They did more than was expected, cleaned up after themselves, and the new floor is perfect. After trying for months to get the original installer to correct the problem, this team fixed it! We have the new bathroom look that we always wanted. They came highly recommended and they delivered. We will be hiring them to do all the floors in our home. Great service!

Noe was very professional, and very informative throughout the process. He provided a detailed contract giving you the confidence that the work and deposit promised is binding. He and his team of installers did a great job, the tile floors were done right and they worked relentlessly to get the job done, which allowed us to keep our renovations moving. I am so happy with the finished product and the length of time it took shows in the beautiful tile work!!
