We were in a bind as our plans fell through because of HOA requirements and needed someone fast. I went on Anji and saw S&M, took a chance and Mike called within five minutes. He was professional and honest and his crew were too. They did a beautiful job of putting down a soundproofing underlayment and new flooring throughout our condo. They even hauled away the old floors and pricing was very fair too. They left the condo clean and we’re responsible and respectful. We highly recommend Mike and his crew at S&M Hardwood

Had someone else come out and fix there mistakes. Literally three separate contractors were amazed at the poor quality and the rushed job. I am so upset with myself for going with them. Oh well. Nothing we can do. The job is done.

They also helped me to problem-solve some flooring issues with the home I just purchased. Mike and Summer are helpful, professional and they communicate thoroughly throughout the project. I can’t say enough good things about S & M Hardwood. They were very responsive and professional. The company is well managed and the staff is excellent and well qualified. They do good quality work at a reasonable cost. They repaired my hardwood floor to look new again. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I went to your website ONE WEEK AGO and filled out all your questions, gave great detail about what I needed and scheduled the earliest appointment which was ONE WEEK OUT. You sent me an email confirmation right away, you sent me email reminders of the appointment and even a text message reminder yesterday and NEVER SHOWED UP TODAY! When I call, nobody answers the phone and it goes to a full voicemail box. Then when my wife calls you say you have NO RECORD of an appointment with us and get snippy with me on the phone. You wasted a week of my time, not to mention the time cleared from both of our work schedules for the meeting. It is amazing that you are actually in business.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job installing 3/4 inch hardwood floors in our home. He also installed custom oak treads on two staircases. Can’t say enough good things about the work that was done. He was meticulous and detail oriented. A perfectionist in every sense. He never rushed through anything and was on top of every step of the process. I would highly recommend him

Where do I begin…I guess at the beginning. Mike came to do measurements of our entire house. We went through flooring options and he started quoting prices. He was very detailed and went through everything thoroughly. He didn’t try to sell. He said let us sent you an estimate and we could discuss it and get back to him. As he was leaving, I informed him we’ve had 3 people come and do measurements and never call back or email with an estimate. He explained our house was difficult because we have several step downs and our rooms are angled. We also have a fireplace where the stones had to be cut to have the flooring go under. That evening we discussed it and called Mike the next day to accept the estimate he emailed. They were up for the challenge. He told us a start date and they were here early that day and worked for 3.5 days on approx 1800 sq ft. The guys he had were professional, nice and very informative. Mike even came and checked on the progress and he even worked with the crew several days. After they were done, they didn’t just do one walk through, they did several and did additional add on things at no additional cost. They cleaned up so good every night when they left. They moved furniture back where it belonged. Mike and crew carry themselves very professionally from start to finish. I would recommend S&M Hardwood Flooring to anyone. We are so happy and pleased. We could not have asked for anything better. Our floors look amazing! Thank you Mike and Crew!
