I couldn’t give zero stars. Avoid doing business with Lujo Floors due to their substandard installation services and poor customer support. Numerous instances of uneven flooring, visible gaps, and loose boards highlight their lack of quality workmanship. Additionally, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve issues. This combination of poor installation and inadequate support leads to significant inconvenience and additional costs for customers. Choose a more reliable and professional flooring company to ensure a satisfactory experience.

Pedro and the contractors at Lujo Floors are the best. Pedro is honest, patient and very understanding. He worked with me and help me to create the kitchen of my dreams. Pedro stayed in contact we me and always kept me updated on what was going on. The contractors came to my home when they advised that they would, they were very professional and knowledgeable in their craft. I have worked with Pedro for a couple of years, he has helped me remodel my entire home and I love every aspect of it. I highly recommend Pedro and the crew as they will get the job done in a timely manner and you definitely will not be disappointed.

We decided to redo our 20-year-old kitchen and it was extremely challenging finding someone we thought was dependable enough for us to hire. We met with several companies and did not feel comfortable with any of them. Then we met Jose at LuJo Floors. He came to our house to look at the area and immediately understood what we were trying to do. He provided excellent suggestions on how to do things better and sent us a computer rendering of how it would look. After a little tweaking here and there, we decided to give them a chance with the project and are so glad we did. Our kitchen turned out great and the entire experience was much easier than we expected. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable and experienced in their jobs. They readily communicated with us throughout the process and kept us informed throughout…something we had found lacking in some other companies. It was a pleasure dealing with LUJO Floors and I hope to hire them in the future for another remodeling project we have in mind.

We purchased a home in Davenport 3-1-24 and it needed a lot of work. I had to go and get some samples of flooring and I was lucky enough to stumble in Lujo’s . we are from Connecticut so I knew no contractors for what we had planned for this house a complete remodel. I met Luis the owner and he showed me some things and said he could help me with everything, floors, bathrooms and kitchens. I was so relieved. Pedro a manager came a measured the house and gave me a price, he also told me he could start the following week. I was blown away. 4 weeks later everything in our is new, beautiful and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. This is an unbelievable company to deal with, all the workers were so neat and kind to us and our property. They did what they said and showed up every day. I can not say enough if you are ever in need of tile work, or kitchen or bath remodel definitely use this company. Thanks again for everything Pedro you were a real life saver.

Another satisfied customer. We had carpet removed and tile installed. We received excellent advise on the proper tile to pick and found the color/pattern we liked. The installers did an excellent job and handled unexpected problems without hesitation (there was a tile floor under the carpet we didn’t know about). The finished result is better than expected and was done faster than we thought possible. We had a cost in mind and Lujo came in under that amount. We will definitely use then again.
