I had my new condo completely redone. I could not have done it without Master Touch. From the start, meeting with Chris for suggestions, recommendations and picking out the tile was extremely helpful. Shelbi arranged for all the contractors and dates that they would be working. Master Touch Tiling was recommended to me by one of their satisfied customers who lives near me-(her bathrooms were beautiful!). Chris was very helpful advising me on how to address things I wanted to improve in my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Shelby scheduled each specialist, kept the job rolling and managed bills and payments. Ron managed the projects, with Pedro and Juan doing a lot of the work. All the plumbers, carpenters, painters, shower door installers were great! 😀

If you are looking for a company that delivers quality service and will meet or exceed your expectations on your project then you need to call Master Touch. We needed to replace the flooring in our home due to flooding from Ian and they were extremely responsive and helpful. The team did a very good job of communicating with me during the installation project and they always left my home in excellent condition (very clean). There are typically surprises/challenges that can occur during a project, the team was great to give me options and advisement. The new flooring turned out beautiful and it was a very positive experience all thanks to the Master Touch team!!!

What a great company. Chris the owner came to the house and explained that they would remove all the old tile down to the original concreate and would protect everything with barriers before the job started. Tyler and the crew did an amazing Job and we could not be happier with the way we were treated from the attention to detail to the quality of care they took during the job. This is a fantastic company that treats you like royalty. They have posted pics of our job on instagram and it makes the house look like brand new. I highly recomend this company if you want the job done right and your floors to look fantastic. Well done Chris and his wonderful team of experts.
