Excellent concrete polishing! From start to finish, this Team was perfectionists, professional, thorough, trustworthy, and a serious attention to detail. They felt it was part of their service to explain the process to the homeowner before during and after the job and make sure I was 100% comfortable and satisfied. 5 stars for concrete polishing, and a very strong recommendation. I had a similar experience. I found Josh and Zach to be very reliable and responsible until I was not pleased with the job. I gave up on them taking responsibility for the issues and ended up having to have my floors redone by someone else.

New home owner and wanted something other than carpet found kjz from a google search contacted josh and a week later him and his team ripped up my old out dated carpet and left me with a beautiful polished concrete floor was skeptical at first about concrete floors but they proved me wrong highly recommended

Kjz floor solutions did a metallic epoxy coating in my condo, it turned out phenomenal! They showed me samples and the possibilities of what the out come could be and assisted me with all my questions from start to finish. They made me feel confident in my decision of choosing there team for the project.

These guys are absolutely the best at what they do! From the initial estimate to the final polish they kept us “in the loop” and offered us several options when unexpected challenges came about in the midst of the work. The floors throughout our mid-century ranch were covered in ceramic tile when they started but we ended up with – 1. Original polished terrazzo (gorgeous!!!- if your home has some hiding under lesser floors all I can say is just do it!!) 2. Polished (aggregate-exposed) concrete in our addition, which despite some unexpected problems Zack and crew managed to make look like a work of art 3. Micro-topped concrete in a bedroom and bath which was also not expected but was a nice “save” of an original problem in our addition’s concrete pour Though the job took a little longer than any of us expected, they always showed up on time and left the job site neat and clean at the end of each day. Give KJZ a call; you won’t be disappointed!

We want to thank KJZ for the wonderful work they did with our floors. We are very happy with their quality of work and the end result. My wife and I chose to restore the terrazzo and concrete in our house and we are NOT disappointed in the decision. We also chose the RIGHT restoration company, KJZ Floor Solutions.
