The Good, the Bad, the Ugly. Let’s start with the ugly: our floors. Our dining room, kitchen, and entryway were a conglomeration of poorly finished hardwood, crappy carpet, and cracked ceramic tile. The bad: the subfloor was uneven and unlevel. The good: Jeramie and his team removed the offending carpet and tile and evened out the subfloor. He put down new hardwood flooring and was able to save the existing dining room hardwood, which now looks beautiful. Truth be told, we had a “flooring consultant” tell us the existing hardwood flooring could not be saved. Glad we didn’t listen to him. We plan to have Jeramie come back and work on the next phase of our remodel! Hope he can fit us in.

Re-sanding our 20-year old + hardwood floors turned out beautifully as did the tile work in the entryway and fireplace. Respectful of our concerns with pets and doors. The crew worked non stop every day. Clean up was done each evening and left spotless when the job was done. Responsive and timely come back to touch up a few minor age-related areas. Very happy with the results!

These guys are fantastic! It took them two days to rip out our existing flooring and get our new laminate flooring installed. They were very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. There was no damage done to any of the baseboards or walls during their removal and reinstilation. I will be using them for any additional work that we need done in the future!

Fantastic work by Jeramie. Hardwood was added to two bedrooms and a master bath. LVP flooring was installed in our basement bedroom and bath. Two stairways were also completed using hardwood. Beautiful job on all. The job was started on time and completed on time. He was late one day and called to let us know he was running behind. No problems whatever. Highly recommended.

As a real estate broker, I’m always looking for recommendations for contractors. Jeremy is the owner, and he did the floors for a friend who’s house started out as a disaster from a original condition standpoint (house was 100 years old, lots of problems with the original floor, etc). I was astounded at how beautiful that hardwood floor turned out and the homeowners are still over-the-moon on their floors now two or three years later. Since then I’ve had Jeremy do some hardwood repair for me with phenomenal results. Great attention to detail and very pleasant to work with. He is my go-to contractor for recommendation to my clients and I highly recommend him for hardwood and tile.
