The quality and professionalism of the Wood Wise team doing the work of installing new flooring, their ability and interest explaining steps in the process and unwavering good cheer was awesome to experience. There was never any misunderstanding about the scope of the project, thanks to the work contract which clearly and forthrightly listed what would and would not be part of the job. And how fun to see the boss come over for a few hours to help, to see how comfortable and collegial the atmosphere was, how they enjoyed having him there pitching in! After a while it became clear that this is a group of people who have worked together for a long time, honing their skills, with each part of the job from sales, to bookkeeping, scheduling, to installation and completion working like interlocking parts of a well-lubricated process.

Woodwise is the best! We have used CJ and his very capable crew for refurbishing older hardwood floors and most recently, installing new ones to replace some carpeting we had. Everything, from initial estimate to final cleanup, was handled in a very efficient and professional way. The results are beautiful and were delivered at a very competitive price. We had Wood Wise out to fix our beautiful hardwood floor in our primary bedroom after an unfortunate plumbing accident that caused all the hardwood in the room to warp. The team at Wood Wise blew us away from the very first time they sat foot in this house. You Would be Wise to use WoodWise for all your Wood floor needs. CJ and his team of professionals provided us with outstanding service and support in repairing and refinishing the wood in our condo. From start to finish, the guys impressed us with their knowledge and workmanship. Nick and Roberto were a great team all week, with terrific communication and skills, while cleaning up along the way. They had help from Claudio and Anthony to begin the job, so you can’t go wrong with any of the crews. Thumbs up and thanks for a job well done!

We had some damage to a couple of areas in our kitchen. The other firm I had look at it, who’d done the original install, said we’d need to refinish the whole main floor since it’s all connected. We were probably looking at around 1000 square feet and $5000 or more. Woodwise was able to just do the small area, maybe 100 square feet, that was needing repair and they did a fabulous job for a fraction of the cost and hassle. Our original floors were a custom stain color, so it was a bit of a process for them to get the right match but they did such a good job you can’t even tell. Without exception, from the initial bid to the final top coat, they showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up the job before they left for the day. CJ was our estimator, Don was the scheduler and Roberto and Nick were the techs. Great job gentlemen!
