The crew was friendly, respectful, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The quality of their craftsmanship is top-notch. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

RC General Construction Inc 2 years agoI contacted Ruben about pouring some concrete at a home I own in Visalia. We spoke briefly about my needs on a Friday, and he indicated he could come by that coming Monday to provide a quote. When Monday came, I received a message from someone named Jay, who informed me that he would be coming out instead of Ruben. I had no immediate concern; I just wanted someone to come out and scope the project. A few hours went by, and in short, Jay eventually cancelled. He said he could come by the next day, but the problem is, at this point I don’t trust a word he says. Also, I live in Los Angeles, traveled to Visalia in part to deal with this, and couldn’t stick around. I’d made it clear to Ruben when we’d spoken just two days before that I would be traveling up from LA. The lack of consideration and professionalism is appalling. Either he clearly doesn’t need the business, or he needs to hire more reliable employees. My recommendation to anyone reading this is that you take your money elsewhere.
