Xact Construction USA Inc 4 months agoIMO: I would’ve been better off hiring a day worker from any home improvement store to do a better job, then Luis Torres “project manager/estimator” representing Xact Construction. They are unreliable, undependable, untrustworthy, unethical and misleading. He was referred to me by my claims adjuster, (whom I suspect is a friend of his), to repair my home for a busted pipe in my guest bathroom. And that’s when my nightmare began. Not the busted water pipe, but hiring Xact Construction. The work is below subpar, substandard,sloppy, amateurish and unacceptable. I’m not able to use my new shower because it’s not grouted properly, not leveled and without the shower door or shower head he charged me for, but didn’t install. Beware he charged me for numerous items he didn’t replace or remove. He installed the cheapest lowest replacement items he could find. He would only touch bases with me when he wanted to be paid and then poof! Like a thief in the night,he would take off and I would have to track him down to finish the job. He would be MIA for days and when I was able to find him, he acted condescending towards me and treated me like I was bothersome and inconvenience for him. His contractor tractor license should be revoked or suspended. Oh my bad, it has been! He ripped me off and should be ashamed of himself. I’m going to have to hire a contractor to repair his pathetic work and he could care less,he got his money. Luis Torres is a fraud and takes advantage of widows. Moral of the story, check the CSLB website before you hire a contractor. Even if your insurance company referred them to you. Yahoo!!! His contractors license is suspended!!

West Coast Kitchen Bath Bathroom Renovation Ontario 2 months agoThe crew was very matriculated in the whole procedure from beginning to end. Went out of their way when I asked if they could put more glass down. My bathroom looks 100 percent better. Very pleased and will refer anyone needing their expertise.

Rca Construction Clean Up Inc 3 years agoThe phone number on their trucks isn’t in service, their trucks on 15 south, piece of gravel hit my new truck and I called with no availability, he’s hauling debris without a tarp, and drive wouldn’t pull over.
